You can take home made treats into your school. I wish we still could. Everything has to be store baught for our kids. I miss the days of being able to have moms bring in cookies, and cupcakes.

Yes. I was surprised, actually. But they don't have rule like that.

I actually made them!!!! 8am this morning I started baking. My husband went out for eggs for me. It worked out great and they're yummy!

Put EB on the good hubby list!!!

Guess we need to change the title of the thread then.

How about "Sailabration On the Ship" of "S.O.S." for short?

Or "Surviving Love On Board the Ship" = "S.L.O.B.S."

my mom cant stop talking about it.(i'm the favorite son. for a few days anyway ) now she wants me to do the kitchen ceiling too.
my dad didnt say so, but i think he liked it too.
he hates the fact that i'm doing the things there that he can no longer do.

I know what you mean - My Dad had a real bad motorbike accident years ago and can no longer do big stuff - he has to rely on Neil a lot and his prides gets a little dented

Maybe we should all cruise together to celebrate them. Maybe it could be one big Bash On the Boat.

I think we're on to something here. Think we could sustain a thread of people who are celebrating on the same cruise? Or do you think it may just be one of the dormant threads out there?

I don't know- that's a long way off. What would we have to talk about for over 18 months???

i love the way this idea is going.
wouldnt it be great if there was a red head on this cruise with a "nice personality" who has a thing for bald guys with a scar down the middle of his chest.

Our wedding was a Friday night (10/24/75--8pm) Candlelight Ceremony, so romantic to be married by candlelight!!!

we had a candlelight ceremony at our reception.
a girl leaned over the table to give robin a hug and got too close to the candle and her hair caught on fire.
someone put it out real fast, but it was scary.
