Chocolate Rice Cake with 1 tsp peanut butter.
Granny Smith Apple with 1 tbl pb.
15 Kashi crackers with 2 wedges of Light Laughing Cow Cheese.

  Thanks ladies.

Our son Tony is getting married this Saturday. :bride: :groom:
Kristin and Jesse have not set a date yet. :)

Thanks for the snack ideas - love the rice cake/pb one! I'm a big peanut butter/chocolate fan!

Can anyone tell I'm making out my grocery list today?

By the way - awesome door signs! I recognize a couple of the graphics :woohoo:

not been on for a while but have been lurking.
glad Andy and Lori are okay after your narrow escapes.
Thanks andy for the pm but sean has sorted it with the company in question, but thanks anyway.
you can always rely on help from you guys.
cheers:love:

Hello...good to hear from you Cath/Sean

We have just a few more things to do Karen. Nails, pedicures...you know, all girl stuff. Everything we have to do is tomorrow. Today I sit here, bored to tears. I did work on a few Cruise magnets though.:)

Thanks Janice. I certainly will cry. I'm just a softie. Stacy's mom and I agreed that we can't look at each other and we can't look at the kids either. We'll both be standing up there looking at the floor instead. :lmao:

I'm calling in the troops. How about a little "Dust Stuff" for some decent weather for us.pixiedust: :sunny: pixiedust: :sunny: pixiedust:

I hope you and Chuck have a great time on Saturday, Nancy.

Ok, I have to go get some work done...see everyone later!

Tonight I will be doing grocery shopping and food prep for the next week or so, but I'll try to squeeze in some walking...

Enjoy the day, have you got a super new outfit and hat. any excuse to buy a new outfit.
It sounds like the weather will be just fine.:thumbsup2

I do have a new outfit and I bought it the day after New Years Day on sale. 3 piece outfit for under $100.00. Too bad it cost almost another $100.00 for the alterations. :scared1:

Unfortunately, the weather will probably not cooperate. Rain on your wedding day means good-luck right? We had thunderstorms the morning of our wedding and then temps that hit 100 F. :scared1:

I have made my own and I buy it. Just depends on how much time I have on my hands.
MG the rice cakes are a good idea. No nutritional value but they fill the hole. I love Laughing Cow cheese! I spread it on almost everything! Apples, celery, crackers, pita bread.

Ok, Bobalosers, Biggest Losers, and anyone else with good ideas :)

Snack ideas....help me out!

Fruits and veggies, naturally, but what are some other good low-cal snacks?

Popcorn

How about savoury/sweet rice cakes. Extremely low in fat and very filling.

I take no credit for any of the images above. :worship: All I did was add the font on some of them. My Photoshop class is next week and I'll try making my own after that.

And this one is for Bendy!!

They are really good Nancy.

I love hummus and pita chips. Watch out for fruit! Some have lots of sugar and can sabotage your good intentions. Safe to stick with apples, 1 banana a day, oranges. Nuts are a good choice for both protein and filler. lean lunch meat and lowfat cheese. I love to have a piece of turkey and cheese for an afternoon snack. string cheese.

I'd forgotten about fruit and ww points. Yes, you have to be careful with WW as they have a lot of sugar. That's the one thing I that was a shame with the eating plan (let's not call it the D word!) and I love fruit.

Thanks Cath. Yes, it was lovely and sunny, but extremely cold and windy.

Good idea, if you're missing your cheese.

Be strong Jen, when doing that shopping...don't buy anything that will tempt you to stray. If it's not in the cupboards, you can't eat it.

Eating Plan tip - Only head out to grocery shop on a full stomach. Since you're not craving anything, you'll be less likely to buy foods you don't want or need. Make a list beforehand to bring with you and stick to it.
