I got a new DVD - Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred. The workouts are only 20 minutes but WOW...I did it once Monday night, and my quads still hurt. I skipped it yesterday, but I'm going to do it again tonight.

Don't do too much in one go Jen...don't want to do yourself harm.

Because I was once asked when the thread would close and I said Thursday. Andy was going to say Friday, but picked Wednesday because he said I'd post to make sure it would close before Friday. Hmmmm......Look who's posting now to close it today!

New, new rule: We are going by the International Date Line, so it is already Thursday in the Western Pacific.

It was something to do with Brenda's trippees and when she had to cancel last October, Nancy and Karen volunteered to bring Planky on her behalf.

I'm sure Brenda will fill in the details later.

I can only hope. Unfortunately, I bet they come on between 4:00-5:00 our time (5:00-6:00 EDT) and close it down. I see a lot of threads close around that time. Then at the end of the night too.

If not, I'm sure Andy will PM one of them and ask them to come close our thread.

I'll have to find the picture of the Giraffe DS got last trip. That was made specially for him. They don't make them. The room guy practiced all week and we got it on the last night.
