There must be something in the air with friends from work. One of my coworkers at work who had been a really good friend for over 20 years has been acting very strange and not too nice lately, I feel like I don't even know her anymore, it really makes me sad too so much so that I was dreaming about it the other night and woke up in tears

We missed the unplanned meet at the adult pool too and don't want to miss it this time either. I have never actually sat at the adult pool or been in it, only walked past it so I guess just being at the adult pool will be a first.

Yeah, I just don't understand people I guess. I hope your situation gets better.

hey I would think you would like meatloaf, it's just like one big burger and I know you said you eat burgers. If you're refering to the movie the christmas story, I have actually never seen that movie

What surprised you the most on your last (or previous) cruises? This question can also assist our 1st time cruisers.

i think what surpised me the most was how robin and i ran ourselves ragged the whole week. she was still getting her thyroid meds adjusted and was really struggling sometimes, but wouldnt give in.
we really arnt party people but we stayed up most nights in rockn bar d with some great friends.
and we proved you dont have to drink to have a good time.
(for you newbies, thats the lecture we used to give our kids back when they were young)

I don't know what it is like in your part of the world, but around here, the pollen count is going through the roof. When I got home from work this afternoon, my black shoes looked green, not to mention our silver car, also looked green.

We had a blast the last time we cruised together. My whole family is really looking forward to the trip. My kids worship Aunt Lori. She is perfect in their mind. Since we stopped fighting (when I went off to college), I think she's pretty wonderful, too. And don't even get my DH started.

BTW, there's a guy at the local hardware that wants to marry you goofyfreak!

Not sure if you'll catch this post or not, sorry I wasn't on when you were earlier today.

What cities is that route you were talking about for the Harley Ride?

You mentioned Hwy 60, was that from Prairie du Chein to Sauk City or something like that? If so, that route is right along the WI River. I bet it would be a beautiful ride.

You are correct about Hwy 60...Bluffs are there to visit on the Iowa/Wis Plains...Per Harley Rep I spoke with last week...Will give you a list of cities when my computer is up and running..Waiting on friend to finish testing..Video card went out...

Once she even left a message, saying where are you guys, I've been leaving you messages for hours and your never in the cabin when I call it's ok for her to have fun but we are just supposed to sit in the cabin waiting for her call

I remember that lost feeling when I was away at college and needed to talk to someone at home. It was a bummer to just get the phone ringing and ringing.

We're hoping DD will be able to have more freedom on this trip.

Let me know the cities/route and I'll tell you what I know.

We camped down in the Prairie du Chein area a couple summers ago and it was just gorgeous down there. You can not believe the views from some of the vistas.

How long are you guys up here? We don't get back into town until about 1:30 on the 1st (well, that's when we're suppose to land). Didn't know if you'd still be in town.

Brenda might be up that weekend too. Can't remember which one she is coming up on (hope she booked a hotel already if she's not staying at her BIL ).

Mine has got to be the friendliness of at least 95% of the passengers. I really didn't see any grumpiness. Everyone was so friendly.

I was also surprised to see so few children during the day. I really didn't think they'd rather be in a club.

Must be the Disney atmosphere.
