Good morning people - we survived the storms!

They were real bad about 2-3am... could hear things rolling round outside and the rain was awful, but its all stopped now. Havent ventured outside yet and havent seen the news to see how bad it got but.....WE'RE ALIVE:lmao:

Good afternoon everyone:goodvibes

Hope everyone is well:goodvibes

The wind is still as strong today but its meant to be calming down tonight:rolleyes: - I am fed up of having "sideways hair" - not a good look:rotfl:

We have the garden man coming back tonight with his plans:yay: - kinda excited  but nervous too incase we cant afford it:sad2:

Karen glad you survived last nights storms  I hope the wind lets up soon!

Good luck with the garden plans :goodvibes

You'll all thinkI 'm mad but I was out at the shops today and I saw a pack of 2white t shirts for Ellis for £1.50... great value! ..... so I bought them age 8-9for the Bob cruise logos:lmao:

I don't think so at all! I would have bought them ;)

Hey, my t-shirts will hopefully be done by Christmas this year - talk about being early! I want to give them as Christmas gifts, along with door signs. I have to do them anyways, and I'd feel goofy asking each family member to give me a few bucks for their t-shirt, but with at least 10 shirts to make, it won't be cheap. Plus, I'll have to break down and buy ink for my printer this time, so that's $50 right there!

Hi Andy
Was reading about where you live and how it was named and we actually live about 30 minutes from Bury in Lancashire. Isn't that strange:laughing:

heya andy olivia here
i tried doing the things that you do like the good afternoon and good morning so i clicked copy on it and then it wouldnt paste onto one of these messages how do you do it?

Dear Mama Goose:hug:

Ellis got a letter today from Mickey Mouse:yay: :yay:

He's so excited to get it!

Have you been playing with your software by any chance;)

Thank you:hug:

He loved it (and so did I!)

What makes you think I sent it? It came from Mickey, didn't it? :lmao:

(You're most welcome)

Paging Cass and/or any other t-shirt makers....

Someone on the creative DISigns board just posted that they'd found a special on transfer paper at hp.com - it's buy one, get one free with free shipping.

Has anyone used HP transfer paper???? I used Avery last time, mostly since that was all I found.

I see O'Fallon, I see O'Fallon!! Hey, who is that little green man standing on top of your house Brenda? I think I hear him saying something about taking on the world.... :confused3

Well, I wish I could see it.:rotfl:

Mine would actually be Hartland (well at least the is the closest town).

I'm actually a mutt. We have a different taxing authority, different post office city, different phone exchange, and yet a different school district. :faint:

Hello :wave2: Hartland

Ok so the west coaster is alway the last to post things that have been discussed.;)

I am in French Camp, but we are considered Stockton, and on the left hand side you see a letter A that is Oakland where Sean works.

Hello :wave2: Stockton and Oakland. Becky...I think that Rick and I stopped in Stockton last year for a lunch break on our way down from SF to LA last May. Co-incidence?

I'm out looking at car rentals for the Repo right now. Trying to figure if I want to go back to LAX or drop near DL and stay out there on the 16th.

Also looking at hotels. The Fairfield and Best Western Park Place look nice. There is also a boutique hotel for under $100 - something like Hotel Menage.

How many DVC points does DL or PP take again Becky?

DL cost us 38 points a night..more for the other two.

Ditto that. Now let's hear from the rest of our UK friends. :lovestruc

Here tonight..so busy at work. No time for Dis'ing. My O My O My....wasn't it windy today.

Cass - do you get a tv programme in Canada called Ice Road Truckers?

We've been watching it for a few weeks - mad truckers driving across the frozen lakes to deliver supplies to diamond mines in Canada. Its really :scared1: - the ice starts cracking and everything:scared1: - good $$$$ but I wouldnt risk it.

Yes, we watched it Karen and enjoyed it.

Jeff, Becky & Chris...from the D.Side

"Hey folks - wanted to bring your attention to a ticket deal offered by Costco. I told Roger in chat but forgot to tell everyone else. (Sorry pirates, but it's only available to select southern CA zip codes). It's 4 days, non hopper, for $139. A great deal since single day tickets are $66 and 3 day hoppers are $169 (advance purchase price).
Must be purchased by March 16th. All 4 days must be used by the same person, but do not have to be used until 9/30/08.

Well.. actually Disneyland just came out with 5 day hoppers for the price of 3 day hoppers ($169)... plus the 5 day hopper comes with an early admission ticket. If ya don't need 5 days worth - then you can still SELL the unused 2 days of the hoppper on ebay! Or I would be happy to buy one pair off of someone as I was hoping to help one of the P-school teachers get disney annual passes through the conversion of a hopper."

Karen--We get that show here, but I've never seen it.
