Hiya folks...
Its only 6.30pm and the weather is already
Just drove back from Ellis' swimming lesson and its hard sideways rain and the winds are terrific.

Me no likey bad weather
Hi Karen
The weather up north is getting bad now, we had just rain yesterday and a bit windy but it really picking up here to now.
Hold on to your hats
If I had a hat I'd hold onto it
Hope it is not too bad for you. How close do you live to the coast?
I remember having 100 mph straight line winds come through when we were at the old house. That stuff is nasty. Luckily we have a weather radio and knew when they were about 45 min or so from reaching us. We went out and took all the patio furniture inside. Had them again a week later. Lots of trees down with those winds.
We're about as central and as far away from the coast as you can get - the county is the West Midlands - bang in the middle of England.
I've already moved all the garden stuff and strapped down the bin lid - it took off like a frizbee last time and was half way down the close
Ellis has to wear an Easter hat?
Talk about scarring him for life.
I know

- We've decided on a green "grass" band and a bunny sitting up at the front. Found a template for the bunny
WOW!!! Stay Safe!!! Sounds like some of the weather we had over the weekend found it's way across the pond.
Next time you can keep your grotty weather - thanks anyway
Hazel bought me a new wedding band a few years ago because my original wedding band was getting much too tight on my finger. I almost lost my new wedding band this morning as it fell off while I was taking my gloves off. I came home and just put my "original wedding band" back on and it fits perfect!!! Hazel couldn't believe it........ :
I too have 2 wedding rings.... When I was preggy with Ellis my fingers swelled up a lot so I couldnt get my wedding ring on....I didnt want to walk round with a huge tummy and no wedding ring so I got Neil to buy me another

- I call it my Ellis ring
Doesn't Karen live near or in Manchester? How far are you away from there?
Now Chris is in the north as well, right?
Heather and Linda are in the South, correct?
Incorrect Sir Jeff - Birmingham (well actually we now live in the royal town of Sutton Coldfield just outside of Birmingham

- "the royal town of" sounds posh doesnt it!
Karen is in Birmingham,am under the "C" in Manchester,Heather is just below Luton,Sean is (i think about 10 miles from me),Lindy is down near Bath....Hope this helps you guys understand whereabouts we all are...
Well done Chris
Anyone else just love some of the town/city names in England?.
You're easily pleased
Been to birmingham once to visit the Cadbury Chocolate factory, yummy, bet karens been there.
Oh yeah!

- Cadbury chocolate factory

- You get lots of freebie chocolate as you go round and then a dish full of gooey melted chocolate near the end of the tour, just incase you dont already feel sick as a dog you will by the time you finish the dish full.
I won't even tell Suz about the Cadbury factory. Besides Karen living there this would be just one more reason to go there. To expensive to travel outside of North America right now.
See! - we could have lots of fun if you bought Suz and ds over
We are coming back to USA this year again as it just as cheap as going to Europe, and no guessing where we would rather be. Great the dollar being so good for us
You gotta love that dollar

- its great news for us UK'ers. I remember when it was $1.40 to our £1, now its near to $2 to our £1

- menas everything is half price
