Just popped over here. Did I miss you again?

It is suppose to be in the 40's today here. Unfortunately, that is just getting to the normal high. But I'll take it.

Still here for a few more minutes. We are supposed to get into the 50's for highs all this week, but I just heard that it is supposed to get real cold again next week, just as Spring arrives...........

Yep! - our local news is talking about it all the time. They reckon up to 80mph

Neils friend lost part of his roof the other night too - the house is only 3 years old:scared1:

The last time it was this bad I had a hurricane flood my house:rolleyes: - both neighbours were ok - I just happened to be in its path - lucky me:rolleyes: - insurance co were good though anmd got sorted pretty quick.

Keep your fingers crossed its less than they expect

WOW!!! Stay Safe!!! Sounds like some of the weather we had over the weekend found it's way across the pond.

Hazel bought me a new wedding band a few years ago because my original wedding band was getting much too tight on my finger. I almost lost my new wedding band this morning as it fell off while I was taking my gloves off. I came home and just put my "original wedding band" back on and it fits perfect!!! :thumbsup2 Hazel couldn't believe it........

OK, time to get back to work, see ya later...........:wave2:

Jeff, did you get an email from me today? Seems like our email is on the fritz again. If not, you’ll probably get it this afternoon with this morning’s time on it.

COMPUTERS! To err is human, to really screw things up requires a computer. :sad2:

We live north west england, the nearest big city is manchester - guess you will have heard of them before! The coast from us is about 1 hour away and the lake district 1.5 hours.

Doesn't Karen live near or in Manchester? How far are you away from there?

Now Chris is in the north as well, right?

Heather and Linda are in the South, correct?

Looks like we missed again.

Instead of two trains passing in the night, how about 2 ships. I'll even let you take the Magic. I'll take the Wonder. :thumbsup2

Yeah, sure it "just fell off". Surprising you were reading the meter over at Tony Soprano's club, Badda Bing. :lmao:

Seriously, the old one fits because you're losing weight. Good job. :thumbsup2

I just cleaned up my in and out boxes, so I can't check my history. I sent you like 2 or so (responding to yesterday). Shoot me another one and I'll let you know.

Isn't Heather closer to London?

Linda is in the southwest, correct?

So you are the furthest north then Chris?

Where is Sean/Cath in reference to you?

Is Karen in the Manchester metropolitan area then?

Thanks a lot Chris.

I was just looking at my trusty UK map (ok, maybe it's Google's and not mine).

I know where you are (approx) and I did see I had Karen way off. I remember now that she is in Birmingham area.

I knew Heather was neat London.

And what are you trying to say, Linda needs a bath? :rotfl:

So Chris, have you always lived up north? You just seem like the kind of guy that would be down in the big city.

A Fact Only post...:rolleyes1

Well, since that was a Fact Only post, I have another UK Fact question for you.

Is only Northern Ireland in the UK? What about regular Ireland?

I googled UK Map and Ireland was shaded out and only Northern had any detail.

Here in WI, we only get those hard to pronounce Indian names.

Milwaukee, Pewaukee, Waukesha, Mukwanago, Shawano, etc.

I never received anything from you today. Never mind. It'll kick in this afternoon sometime.

And then we spell them differently too:
Menomonee (Falls), Menomonie, and Menominee. :lmao:
Lots of Indian tribes in Wisconsin.
