It looks like everyone has called it a night before Saturday rolled around. It looks like I can claim first on for Saturday, unless someone is lurking and waiting to submarine me at this time in the morning. I'm doing one of these, , as I get this note out. This is life after work and getting home at midnight EST. I'm going to hand over future post getting started by our UK friends, unless someone from the West cost is still up and about.

Holy cannoli. I got an offer earlier today ato teach for three weeks at a University in Salzburg, Austria this fall.

They'd pay me (@ over $6000 for the three weeks), pay for my flight and give me an apartment to stay.

Hi everyone!

It's 102 right now in CA, hot hot hot, and I am loving it. I went for a walk around 11:30 this morning and it was 95 then, it felt so good. Can you tell I am a heat person, a dry heat person, not looking forward to the humidity in August.

Its 8.30am and I'm still in my pj's. Ellis' little friend is coming over to play at 9.30am so I'd better get dressed. I'm also cooking a big brekkie this morning, bacon, sausage, eggs, toast, beans, mushrooms (all totally fat free and calorie free of course )

Good morning everyone!

I really did not plan on waking up at 5:30am today, but Mr. Ernie Man didn't want to sleep.

Combine that with the fact that I was up half the night because I couldn't sleep.

I am certainly going to need a nap in a little bit before we get ready for the wedding we are attending.

Went for Japanese food last night with EB's soon to be ex-coworkers. His last day at the hospital is on the 25th of this month. He starts a new job on June 16th.

No, he starts a new job on the 16th of June and we've already ok'd him taking our August Disney vacation. He can't push it. I'd be going myself. It'd be great, though, if I could find a friend to go with me.
