Well then, I better not tell you that Lina's teeth were too large for her mouth and she had to have the last 6 baby teeth removed before the braces could be started. The dentist said that Lina's mouth was two years advanced for her age. It's funny, we didn't need anyone from the medical profession tell us that.......:lmao:

:rotfl: :rotfl: :rotfl:

Stop it guys. you are all scaring me. I took the girls to the dentist yesterday and she told me that Alex will need braces as soon as she loses that last baby tooth!:scared1:

Bryce's braces cost $5400, and he just started w/the appliance first than braces, that was in May 07. It's not cheap.

DS is actually just coming out of his braces - he just turned 8.

They didn't wait until the baby teeth were out. They made the room now. He had the permanent front teeth though.

We're only in for about $1,250 though. Insurance paid the other 1/2.

DS did the appliance first for about 6 months and then got the braces a little over a year ago. The appliance stretched his palate (sp?) out enough for the teeth to come in the open spots.

The bottom braces have been off for about 2 months now and the last permanent tooth is finally coming in (had a gap for a while). If that one doesn't come in just right, they said they'd do the appliance again and it is covered in this phase.

I'm hoping he doesn't need any other phases later.

Congrats to Kristin & Jesse:flower2: :yay:

:cheer2: :cheer2: :cheer2: :cheer2: :cheer2: :cheer2: :cheer2: :cheer2: :cheer2:

Thanks Robin.

Yep... can't wait to see my "Tootie":yay:

OMG!!! That's what I call Kristin. My dad called her tootsie and she always repeated it as tootie. It just stuck. :rotfl:

OK, Rose...I think I have a better picture for you.

How's this?

So Nancy, how are you tonight. Anything exciting happening in your life lately?

Got any big plans over the next week or so?

Nah, nothing at all. Maybe we'll have a rummage sale on the 19th or something.:rotfl2:

Maybe I'll stop by and see what your selling then.

Oh wait, we're taking a tiling class at Home Depot that day. May have to be later in the afternoon. What's for dinner that night?

I'm calling it quits tonight kids.

Hi Jeff, get those last minute taxes done?

Hi Nancy, did someone help Jesse pick out the ring?

Hi Becky, How's Sean's back?

So why do people wait until the last minute to file their taxes this year?

I'm still working to get them out.

To top it off, most of them owe big time. $3,500 on one, $2,250 on another, and at least 2 more that will be in the thousands as well. They leave no time to get the money together.

Procrastinators!! Gotta just love them.

I'd be in shock, if I owed that much....:scared1:
