I'm off to Davids Bridal to try on Bridesmaid dresses, and they are in a certain favorite color here on the Bob board. My sister is getting married, and I am the matron of honor.

Happy New Year from Walt and Di. We are here in Louisiana visiting Walt's family. A birthday for his mom and nieces wedding. We are having a great time. Using nieces computer while they are practicing for the wedding. Well talk to you all soon. Hugs!!!!!

Wow Hoo. When's the wedding?

March 27th and I'm making the bridesmaid boquets something simply in silk flowers, roses and calla lillies with a little bling then the stems covered in cream colored ribon, may try to incorporate some red in them too. Luckily it's just me and my niece so it won't take too much time. I found some really pretty red roses, you'll see them when you get here.

Hade a good evening with Steve and Laura last night and they are up for a meet when were over. Laura said she would get in touch with you when they are back in Ceres to check our schedules, etc.

Tree is undecorated, everything packed away neatly and off to the storage shed.
Christmas linens are almost all washed and put away.

Made it through another Christmas.....

Sean is home.
We celebrated a mini Christmas on New Year's Eve when he arrived back.

He'll be getting lasik eye surgery on Friday. He's soooo happy about that.

So he's been saying how it's the best Christmas ever this year.

1. He got to go to California for over a week and spend it with his uncle, aunt and cousins. Had a great Christmas..... they gave him lots of gifts! Even THEIR relatives bought him stuff! Then he went to 3 movies and to San Diego Zoo and LA Museum of Natural History.

2. Came home and got MORE gifts from Mom, Bob, his family and friends.

3. Got his final grades. He passed everything (he was worried about Calc 2) and got a 3.0 average

4. Lasik surgery on Friday..... no more contacts or glasses



AND, oh, did I tell you yet?........

5. We got a new cat!



At some point I'll get a picture on here.

He's an Egyptian Mau. One of the 6 breeds of cats I'd like to own one day. I just happened to see it in the paper..... (and I never look)
and there he was! And it's pretty rare to see one of those for sale around upstate NY.

So off I went to go get him. He's beautiful and a big lover

Only problem is...... my ferret is trying to kill him!

yep, thats my life. especially when they sing that song "Failure Face" from A Boy Named Charlie Brown.


and you cant blame Scott for wanting just a peek of Cinnamon.
