Love it! That color is great!

Something non cruise related... I have to brag on my oldest DD who just started middle school this year....

She is in all honors classes and is a really smart girl but was diagnosed with Aspergers and ADHD at the very end of 5th grade. She's taking meds for the ADHD and we were waiting to see how it would affect school - grades, making friends, etc.

Well - her progress report shows that she has As in ALL of her classes (she's normally a A/B student - but mostly B...). Plus, she is going to the first school dance tonight with a few friends.

I'm so proud of her (when I don't want to strangle her for being a mouthy, annoying pre-teen!!)

It will be these memories that will keep you from killing her in the next 5 years. :rotfl2::lmao::rotfl2:

Darn it, thats a shame.... it smells delicious too.

Heres the menu:

Popadoms with raita and mint dip

Onion bhajis and salad

Minced lamb and pea curry
Mushroom and pepper fried rice
Courgette curry side dish
Chapatis

All washed down with .... Bud:headache:... forgot to buy the Indian beer:rolleyes1

Ellis is the waiter and bar tender for the evening:goodvibes...... he's expecting good tips:lmao:

I've even got Indian music playing:rotfl:

Sound like a great time.

Just got back from shopping now im setting here with a big bowel shrimp
Sauteed in butter and a bit of garlic.

Dan

Wonders why people call for an ambulance, if they do not want to go to the hospitol. And to have two calls for no-transports in less than one hour is even worse!! No rest today.

When is that?? Heather's 14, Emily is 9, and they're ALWAYS that way! :lmao: I guess when they are asleep is the only time they're not. :rolleyes1:rotfl2:

But, good news though! Hope everything works out alright. pixiedust:

Heather has been pretty freaked out & moody since I lost my job, so we're trying to be easy on her. Emily's teacher thinks she might have a little ADD, so we're trying some witamins & fish oil for that; it seems to be working pretty good. BTW, 15 days to sail-away!! :yay::yay::yay:

Ok, gang...help me out.

I am writing a list of notes for my family with some travel tips and notes. I have things such as:

-There is a complimentary shuttle from the airport to our hotel
-Our van will pick us up at X to go to port, and x when we disembark
-Luggage tags are to be put on the suitcases after we arrive at MCO
-Check in at port procedures, getting pagers for kids clubs, character photos, etc.
-Parrot Cay or Topsiders for lunch, bring swimsuits in carryon if you want to head right to the Mickey pool
-Rooms are open approximately 1:30, luggage is delivered throughout the day

What am I missing? What else do I need to tell my group to get them organized until we get on the boat (at which time I am excusing myself from all organizational tasks!)...any suggestions?

My young man will be recovering at home with grandparents.....:thumbsup2

Nope...:goodvibes

Woops, that's right, I forgot:upsidedow

Hope you won't worry about him too much while you're gone.
Tell the others to be careful while your away!
