Googleys are worn by the male of the species normally before the belt line...:snooty:

ps...However in some cases they are carried around by the Male's partner often in a little silk purse and are only ever brought out for special occasions like birthdays or anniverseres if one is lucky......:rolleyes1

Cass happy "posh Americas day".....:flower3:

Speaking of pics Rose...popcorn::

No pics, but here's the story:

So, I'm half way to Buffalo when I realize that I forgot my passport:eek::headache:
If I drove back home and back out again I wouldn't reach Sean's dorm until 5pm.
So, skip it.
Sean was a bit concerned as he was looking forward to ordering a drink in Canada.

Too late.

So we drive up to the Falls and I figure I'll just ask somewhere through customs if I'll be ok with my drivers license, govt work id, car registration, and other misc ID's.

From where we were we couldn't find a way to get into the building to just ask a question! Crazy! Everywhere were signs..... no entry...... no pedestrians.......
And then just a gate that said once you leave you can't come back through this gate.
(Oh, there was a teller booth with a bell but it said only for wheelchairs and strollers to ring for help.)

Bob figured that they'd probably let me through anyway.
So Sean just said "Go for it..... take a leap of faith!"

So we did.

Laughing all the way that they'd not let me into Canada or back through the US so I'd just be stuck on the bridge:eek:

Got to the Canada side and told the girl that I left my passport at home.
She just asked me questions and her coworker giggled at my story of leaving it at home and that Sean was my son. They were very nice,
she asked me what hospital I was born in and I didn't know:headache:
She said "how do you not know?"
I said it's never been mentioned and I never really checked my birth certificate that closely.

They pleasantly let me through to Canada:thumbsup2

Thanks for that interpretation Chris:rotfl:

you must have bought Angies "how to make a bob t shirt" book.:rolleyes1:eek:;);)
just kidding angie (i know daves taking karate.:scared1:

I believe so, I give up, I will leave it all to the creative bunch.

So, we're in Canada and walking around looking for shops to perhaps buy a coat and boots, but nothing within walking distance there, all just mostly cheesy gift shops.

So we just head over to Planet Hollywood for an appetizer and drinks.

Food is not impressive.
Nor the drinks really either.
Won't go there again.

Anyway, Sean thought it was cool to order legally and had 2 cosmopolitans.
He liked them, but he still thinks that drinking is overrated.

I get this really good drink with 2 kinds of rum, vodka and different fruit juices.
Took 2 sips and then was cutting up my chicken fingers and whacked the whole rest of my drink off the table all over my purse.

My purse still smells today:headache::eek: YUCK!
There was $8 down the drain.

BTW went to bed just fine and awoke this fine morning with a return of the man flu, thumping head, streaming nose and eyes just just what is needed so close to kick-off....:sad2:

:sick:Glad I'm not on the same flight as you then.

So last night after we left Canada we had only a bit over an hour to still get Sean a coat and boots.
We drove to the Galleria Mall near his college and within an hour, he'd picked out a coat, boots and hat!:thumbsup2

He's way quicker than I am.
I'd be checking out every store and rethinking every thing and being indecisive.

Good job Sean.

We stopped into the Melting Pot for a late night appetizer, cheese fondue.
(never really did have dinner.... neither one of us wanted it though)

Then dropped him off about 11 or so.

Started for home about 11:30.
Had to stop at every rest stop.
Kept falling asleep:eek:
Was jolting myself, singing at the top of my lungs, rolling down the windows, etc.
Finally made it home safe and sound at 2am.

One of the latest nights I've had in many many years.

Oh, and Sean gave me a gift too!

His old laptop:thumbsup2:cool1:

I finally have one:woohoo:

It's an ASUS netbook, just like the one Heather has.

I am going to work on my tan!!! Talk to you later.
