That is the sweetest thing to say. My kids usually roll their eyes.

I am packed and ready to go. We have two suit cases, hang up bag and a duffle bag. I am doing much better this trip. I am back in the office this week only becaus eI have to be. THe Pres & VP are coming to town to discuss the state of the company. I can not believe I have to endure 3 days of them. I am trying to come up with an excuse not to go to dinner with them tomorrow night.

Dave has that same concern.... he wants to make sure we have some family time...

Sounds like my DH-----------he's like you know you have to be careful who you meet online----he's such a party pooper!!!!!!!!
So I think all us girls should just ditch the DH---let them have their alone time----and party w/out them

Yay!!! I went to Wal-mart to look for flip flops today, but the only ones they had were girl ones and I didn't think Hagan would want those! I've got some other places to go this week and I'll keep looking for them!

I found some yesterday--I think they were black spiderman ones---and they had a 11/12---they were at the Dollar General----let me know if you don't find some- I can go get them---------

Leah is getting so excited, she giggled herself to sleep last night.

Stuart, while excited, will probably go through Roller Coaster Tycoon withdrawls. That boy has been playing non-stop since he got the game. He's determined to do two things for his theme park. 1) Make a Disney-Quality Fireworks show and 2) Build the Matterhorn. Cracks me up!

Nancy said you know if they call to have come in and sub tomorrow and its just for a half a day I might do it. My response was I would like it if you didn't. Just your luck with all the kids with coughs and snotty and runny noses you would pick up something and after thinking over she said I think your right. So last night she went on line to Subit and took her name off until we get back.

Thanks. If I had known that preparing for this trip and all the crap that would be thrown at me right before, I would have never booked it. Now I am on hold with the damned clinic because she talked so fast and didn't give me the actual results. Oh and this is from a blood draw about a month ago. Real quick on their part, huh?

It is always amazing how slow outpatient labs are. I'll get a liver panel back in less than a half hour but somehow it takes days or weeks to get the same result from a outpatient lab. Then, if you're physician's office isn't on the ball you wait even more! It's no wonder to me why people come to the ER for routine stuff. It gets done. I'll do a battery of tests in 6 hours that will take 6 weeks in the outpatient setting! (of course, the entire six hours, I'll also have the patient complaining to me that it's taking too long, Waddayah gonna do? )

Well my girls are sick today------------Rachel had 101.7 fever and Hannah 102.2 @ 11:30 last night------------yeah!!!! Called Rachel's school to let them know she would be out and the first thing he said is "Have you had them tested for H1N1????????????????????" Michigan is out of the flu shots in our area--so we weren't able to get them like we wanted before we left
So hoping this will pass w/ just a minor thing in the next few days

Well since I'm not leaving the house today except to go tan w/ older daughter comes home later I guess I will go and get some things packed I had everything laid out ready to put in suitcases --now DH is home and he added to the piles---now I'm not so sure the 3 suitcases I thought we would need are going to be enough--- I guess we shall see

I just got back from the gym. Today we jump up to the elliptical and I just finished 20 minutes on it. What a jump from the treadmill!!!!

Wow, it is really hard to get motivated this week. Elaine just said to me, "i don't feel like going to work today, I have so much I need to do at home to get ready for the cruise."

I need to do my door signs and wrap up (not literally) our DIS tag gifts.
