Go ahead and set it up now Heather. :) We don't have to use it until this one is close enough to full. How about we all post here until the lights get turned out on it on Saturday morning by the last BOBer to leave the house? That way the new one is ready to go when we come back.:cool1:

OK. Will do Nancy

We had a great weekend. We had Stacy's Halloween/Birthday Party on Saturday night. We met up with an old friend that we haven't seen in 30 years! Well...we thought we didn't but it turns out he was at Tony and Stacy's wedding reception too. Stacy's dad works with him and he came only to the reception so he never noticed the grooms last name. :lmao:

Any .........? (don't need to finish one do I):rotfl2::rotfl2:

I got a lot of my last minute stuff done yesterday and only have to go into work today. As of 4:25 tonight, I'm on vacation! :cool1:

I'll be sitting at home tomorrow and Wednesday with not a whole lot to do except a hair appointment, charging camera and camcorder batteries, and printing out our boarding passes. :thumbsup2

Cabo is already laying right next to the suitcases. :sad1: Like Paiges dog, he knows when he sees the suitcases he's not going along. :guilty:

So...does anyone have any pre-vacation traditions?

We usually stay up all night long talking about what we're going to do. Since I'm responsible to wake everyone up the next morning (cuz we never seem to make it by staying awake ALL night) I usually try to get a few hours of sleep.

It will be a bit different Wednesday night though since Kristin and Jesse won't be here to share in the excitement. :sad1::sad1:

Anybody else have any??:yay:

I finally got my pirate shirt done. We don't leave until Friday early afternoon, so I am packing on Thursday and if I need to make a quick run to the store on Friday morning, I have time to do that. Rob has to work until noon on Friday. Left on our list of to do things:

-House cleaning
-Sort kids Halloween costumes (I won't be home in time for that.)
-Organize tag bag items
-Iron cruise clothes and church linens
-Fix a money envelope to leave here.
-Buy new tires for the car.:scared1:
-Pack.

I had all day with no "real life stuff" to do, so I thought the whole house would get cleaned. Derek came to me last night and threw a wrench in everything. I have to go pick him up at school today instead of him taking the bus. He has to stay over to work on a project.:headache:

None, that I can think of Nancy. The usual things like, emptying the fridge, last minute cleaning and ironing. BUT, Rick has this thing about switching everthing off. Couple of years ago, we came back to a freezer that had been switched off and the food had started to rot inside. It stank. And he tried to blame me.

Yuck, we usually empty the fridge too, but this year the 23yr old will be here. The house won't be as clean when we come back as when we left.

I am so ready to go, don't want to deal with these Dallas people this week!!

Well, real life is already getting in the way. I just got a call from the clinic. Apparently my bloodwork is showing elevated liver enzymes. Gotta re-do it tomorrow.:headache:

:grouphug::grouphug: for you.

Thanks. If I had known that preparing for this trip and all the crap that would be thrown at me right before, I would have never booked it. Now I am on hold with the damned clinic because she talked so fast and didn't give me the actual results. Oh and this is from a blood draw about a month ago. Real quick on their part, huh?

Good Morning everybody. Well I was going to put up a Banner but I guess the Mickeypath site is down or if your under one week for vacation it won't accept it???
We will try this one
