We are heavily monitored here as well, but thats a story for another day. It is one of my pet peeves.

Well, I guess my boss owns the place and it is his email system so they have the right but the least they can do is tell you. I found out about it when I had to go into their email in their absence to respond to a customer. I wasn't too happy myself.

HAVE A GREAT CRUISE GUYS......

Wish we could have stayed on this cruise as we would have been driving south in about two days...., but we are still cruising in Feb.

Hello, I am leaving for my cruise on Saturday and a wonderfully generous stranger is leaving some things for us on the ship. All she asked is we do the same for someone else. So if anyone is interested in a surprise send me your family name and cabin number. I plan to leave behind our clear over the door shoe organizer, halloween window clings that I think will stick on the metal doors as well, any leftover glow necklaces and anything else that does not fit in our suitcases on the way back.

PM me if you want it. My son is 3 and on his first cruise so would love to pass it on to a family in a similar situation.

What a thoughtful idea! I'm passing because there are many families with kids who I'm sure can use your stuff. Just wanted to say it's a great thing to do!

Megan and Sarah will be bringing their costumes. I'd show a picture, but I would probably get in trouble for that. You know how young ladies like to surprise people with what they're wearing.

As for closing the thread, a lot of us that aren't leaving until the last minute can be pretty chatty. I don't think it is unreasonable.

wow I found this late. I (24yrs) will be cruising with my mum and her partner Geoff. This is my 4th cruise and I will be celebrating graduating from Norland College in Bath (England) and am now a fully qualified Norland Nanny!
We got a letter from DCL saying that they would be Halloween celebrations on the cruise - so on the night they do it look out for a girl wearing a tutu and pointe shoes.

I got selected for the second round of the Walt Disney World Mom's Panel. I was shocked. I figure there we far more literate people than I. But I got the e-mail yesterday. Sometime today I'll screw up the courage to answer the second round of essay questions. Here's my problem with continuing on with the panel. The training session at WDW is from Dec 4-8 the same weekend as opening day on Christmas tree lane. Which means that I either have everything done in advance this year (making my schedule even tighter than it was, or, delay the lighting of my lights until I return, which is kind of a bummer. Still, I don't really want to miss out on a great adventure if I don't have to. Decisions, Decisions...

Becca spiked a little fever last night - but she's doing much better this morning.... I'm SOOOOO paranoid of someone getting the flu or a cold I'm on pins and needles (I think THAT is what is stressing me out so much!)

That's what I'm worried about too. At Megan's school, there are 10 6th graders out with the flu. H1N1 is still the predominant strain circulating in Virginia right now. Seasonal flu is just starting to pick up a little. Our friend's 3rd grade daughter was just out with the flu too.

We are washing hands, avoiding touching our faces, and running away from sick people! Of course, that is a bit harder for Beth, being a nurse and all. It freaks the patients out if you run screaming from their rooms.

Yup!! She sounded like she was having a lot of fun. She said that it was SUPER hot (they were in Key West yesterday- almost 100 degrees!! )
