I too am up on this saturday morning, I have a conference call with the big wigs in Dallas. I guess they don't understand the meaning od week end. I hope it goes quickly I have a criose tan to work on!!

Joanne I hope your conference call doesn't last as long as the one did two weeks ago. You better tell them your talking on a cordless phone and the last time we talked so long my battery went dead..
Good luck I also was up early this morning .I woke up about 4:30 or 4:45 and couldn't get back to sleep so I got up and made a pot of coffee and waited for Nancy to get up.

Good morning peeps (its actually afternoon for us)

Everyone all ready to sail?

Tickets, passports in order?
Cars, hotels booked?
Schedules, magnets printed?
T shirts and tag bags finished?

All I have left to do is pack the last minute stuff and we're done

ps - Its only 11 weeks til christmas..... but I'm already quite sorted for that too.... 1/3 of prezzies now bought, cards bought (but not yet written), I have ideas for most peoples prezzies but no funds yet to buy them

Not long til I can put my trees up - Nov 30th - christmas comes out of the loft,... by Dec 1st christmas is all ready and trees are all up

Geez its windy here today! ... I HAVE SIDEWAYS HAIR... NOT A GOOD LOOK

The forecast is 80mph winds (aka more leaves all over the garden)

Well it is for him. For me there's a difference - I know the phone won't ring for a job on Sat or Sun!!

I love that show....and yes, every Tuesday, I sit here like a blubbering idiot!

I've been watching it too. The elimination was sad but worked out for the best. How cool that Antoine & the first girl eliminated are together! I hope Tracy is gone soon, although she definitely is playing the game to win.

Thanks guys. I have included your votes on the 4th update.

I think we are looking at 2 meetings - 1st between 4-5pm and who ever is there and then again for Wishes and the 2nd parade. Give it until end of the weekend before we finalise plans.

That sounds reasonable - by then we'll all be able to recognize everyone easily when we run into each other in the park anyway.

busy day today.
octoberfest at the nursing home so we're going to take robins mom.

then we've got a 3 hr drive for a "wedding" to attend.
then drive home.

Well he is in the military---right now Army national Guard--hes been in for 23yrs----but right now he is on active duty going to school----he is a warrant officer----
and thank goodness for the military discounts---we got an awesome cruise deal for this trip---and a cat #4 cabin---woohooo gotta love the benefits--LOL.
He is gone alot--so I do the single parenting thing often---
I will be glad when he is back home---its been a long 3 weeks already!!!
