Good to see you here Steve (isn't it early for you????)

I forgot to tell you all - it's the 3rd day of school here and while Abby is still having a great time and loves middle school, the adreniline must have worn off because she was hard to wake up this morning (and yesterday morning)

Becca slept REALLY good last night since it was her first class of tae kwon do... had a GREAT time and I can't wait for her to toughen up a bit!

Here is her "OOOOHHH... I'm tough" face after class was over....

very cute.princess:

thats her "keep your hands off my moms googley" look.:rotfl:

This day is DRAGGGGGGGGing!!!!! I'm not normally a clock watcher, but I only have 22 more minutes to go....

Of course, I have a girl scout meeting tonight - first one of the school year. I took that lazy leader way out and we are having a "back to school ice cream social" at a local Ice cream place! That way the moms can talk and the girls can all giggle and stuff.

Rose - LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE the photos - he will love it! You can keep a secret - remember how long you kept the fact that you were not Rose and were someone else on this board?? :confused3;)

Careful there girl. I've had problems with my feet lately. Hurt to walk on them
after laying or sitting for awhile. Felt like it was in the heal, but I looked it up online and was the tendon that ran the length of the foot.
Read about self help exercises and have been doing them.
Now the left is perfect again and the right is almost there.

Mine wasn't a lump though, so maybe you should check it out.

I always look online first anyway:surfweb:

I had that a few years ago - proper name is plantar fasciatis (sp). I had a steroid injection in my heel - helped a bit:thumbsup2 (but the big fat hooked needle hurt like hell!):scared1:

I'll get round to it eventually - I'm real doctor phobic - me no likey docotors:sad2:. I only ever go if I'm absolutely desperate.

It hurts when I'm not walking - wierd eh! - doesnt hurt too much when I'm walking, but hurts a lot when I stop.

This is exactly what I went to the ER for a couple of weeks ago. I thought I had a spider bite. Turns out it's plantar's fasciaitis (sp?) caused by heel spurs. I inserted gel heel inserts in my shoes and viola!...pain all gone!:goodvibes

When I wear my sandals all day (no heel insert) my feet hurt at night, but if I wear my sneakers (or even heels) with the heel inserts, I am good.

I've had that Karen....not fun. It took about 8 months to get rid of it. I was told to massage my foot on a tennis ball, stop wearing flat shoes and wear arch supports. I also had to do a foot stretching exercise. It finally went away.

I got it from doing aerobics in my barefeet. How stupid was that? :rotfl2:

I have the same thing!!! The only flip flops/sandals that DON'T hurt my feet were suggested by Becca's pediatrician - the brand is TEVA. Got them on clearance and tried them out - GREAT!!

Just finished packing. We're off to a cottage in amish country tomorrow after work. It's Mike's birthday present. :woohoo:

Just wanted to let everyone know we are still here. Have done alot of lurking but not much posting. Did'nt have many questions until now.

Anyone know a good site that has a packing list for the cruise?

How do I send a photo to post for everyone to see what we look like?

We can't wait to be in WDW and its only 36 days away.

Here the link to a post in the DIS FAQ with a packing list.

Here is another list I came across once. Not sure if this one can be linked on the DIS or not. We'll see.

As for a photo, you can post one here on the thread, but also you can PM or email one to Cass. I'm sure she'll be along to tell you how to get one to her. :thumbsup2
