Congrats on the camera! Just think of all the money you'll save when you don't have to buy all those great Disney pics ... you'll be able to take your own. :banana:
Yeah, I don't mean to brag, but I tend to take decent pictures usually. I hate taking them on my BlackBerry as the colors are terrible. Now that I have a decent one it should be pretty sweet!

I'm really excited!

Hi Steve,

Any thoughts as to which is better? The room we are already in or one of the connecting ones?

Dee

6060 is Right at the Midship Elevator Lobby, so you will have a lot of traffic in front of your door. so there may be a lot of noise as people filter in and out of that main area. Reviews are positive though.

As far as the other two rooms go: You will always be able to hear people better with a connecting room. So depending upon who your neighbors are you may or may not have more noise than with 6060. You'll be just a few doors down the hall from me in these, so that might dissuade you a bit.:rotfl:

Tianna hasn't emailed anyone from the cruise lately. We've been crazy busy with lots of company, now all the back to school start up, and we just took in two foster kittens that are keeping the kids busy.

Our last batch of company left yesterday (my whole family came for the weekend for Tianna's birthday) and Ron's brother is coming tomorrow. My wonderful sister and her family showed up at the door on Saturday morning after telling us that they were not able to make it for the weekend. My niece was in the driveway when I opened the door and told her boyfriend I was either really happy to see them or had just seen a spider ... same scream I guess. :rotfl:

Tianna talks about sending emails ... just a little busy lately.

I think she was showing you what to expect on your "date" with Scott.:rotfl:

Ohhhh, duh! Sometimes I'm such a dork. :lmao: I was looking at the picture on my work pc which has a horrible glare on it. I thought it was Bob and Rose not Scott and Rose.

Did we ever find out who got Andys room?:confused3

It'll be a surprise. :goodvibes

Did you ever find out what your TA wanted:confused3

Yes, it's a surprise too. :cutie:

Hey everyone,
Just wanted to let you know that I talked to Andy and Sean will be taking the screen shots as you BOBers go sailing by.

Thanks Sean!!! :hug:

Well, we got upgraded from our 12 GTY to a CAT 10. I'm happy with the room location and happy about the upgrade but not happy that we are in a connecting room

I will be trying to get an upgrade at the port I guess :thumbsup2

M & R, watch out!!! ;)

Congrats on the upgrade Cass. :woohoo:

No, the picture is for you because I went out with your date before you did!

Yeah but Lori won't be on MY date. :lmao:

we'll babysit.:woohoo::yay:
just dont leave the door open. (or window) :rolleyes1

:lmao::lmao::lmao:

I am a pushy, mouthy Canadian...I will win :rolleyes: :lmao:

:rotfl2::rotfl2:

It's terrible!! I had my annual physcial on Friday and the doctor asked me if I snore. I told him HECK YEAH!! And it's LOUD too!!

He then asked - does your husband ever listen to you and hear you stop breathing?

I told him "Only when he puts a pillow over my head to stop the noise" (SERIOUSLY... told the doc that!) :lmao: doc didn't laugh as much as i did... had to tell him I was joking... I HOPED!:rotfl:

I thought it was funny Angie. :lmao:

Cass, I just looked over the ship again. There are still a LOT of Cat 11,10,9,8 rooms Avail. A few rooms opened up in Cat 5 and 6 that you might be able to upgrade into at the port, They're might be more later open up because there is still a lot of Cat 4's empty. (I think they need to make that category cheaper. That's a crazy jump in price!)

I don't know about that. Are you going to be decorating your room with Christmas lights??? :lmao: I am a HUGE Christmas fan.:santa: I hate to say it but I didn't take my tree down last year until the end of February after putting it up at the beginning of November. We just got our piano back after loaning it to a friend for the last year and I've already taught Tianna how to play jingle bells and Cody has taught himself a few Christmas carols. He is one of those people who can figure out how to play anything by ear without music. I wish I was like that.

I've put in a call to my travel agent about making a change. I'm happy to be mid-ship but if I can move a little bit away from the elevator I think we'd like it a little more. Hmmm ... maybe I could convince my sister to come with her family and they could be in the connecting room like our last cruise. I doubt they would be able to do another cruise this year but they already surprised us once in the last little while ...

Hey Bobbers! Last week (I think) someone posted something about a trifle. Whomever that was, could you please pm me the recipe?;)

Rose: I'd also like the website to Bob's housewarming gift. :hug:

Not Christmas Lights but if there was a plug outside It'd be fun to decorate my verandah with Halloween garland.

My folks just emailed their TA at DU. They should know something soon I am thinking. They would like to upgrade to at least a 10.

Just talked to the TA. She called to ask which staterooms we preferred.

I told her deck 5 aft. That's where we were in Oct of last year. It was nice and quiet down there. I initially said deck 5 forward in the sideways cabins, but they are directly over the theater. Decided I didn't really want to be there.

So we'll see what we get. :)

Evening guys. I am just sitting here at julia dance class.

Robin, good luck with the upgrade. I am not looking to get one since we have connecting cat 9s. But that's ok, I'm happy where I am.

What's the first thing everyone wants to do once on the ship? We will head to topsiders for lunch then swimming for the kids and the first of many ice creams for me. Yummo!

We're actually had no chance of getting an upgrade, so the TA is upgrading us to a cat 11. That's fine with me. I like deck 5. It's very quiet. Hopefully something will be available.

I tried to check on the web site, but it never works. I can't check any staterooms. :headache:

What is your most favorite food item on the ship? Mine would be the steak in Palo's. Followed by watermelon and ice cream.

Well hopefully you'll get a location you will love.

Wow, the meals really don't thrill me that much. I guess my favorite food item is the fresh pineapple. mmmmmmm, love it!

And, of course, ice cream is one of my favs, but a strawberry smoothie tops the list. :woohoo:
