The Pain!!! Please stop!!! j/k

Good pics. I can't believe that is all you took though. ;)

So have you been there before or was this your first time? Will you be going back?

Been to Cyprus twice before but not that resort. The last 2 times we caught a mini cruise over to Egypt and saw the pyramids, sphinx etc. This time we just did the local historical stuff.

We dont tend to go back anywhere very often (unless its Florida of course!) - too many places in the world to visit and so little time (and money!):rolleyes1

Yeah....I'm salaried. I get paid the same no matter how much I work.

Although, give me an accounting job that pays hourly and I'll take it.

:scared1::scared1::scared1:NO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!:scared1::scared1::scared1:

Oh my Jeff! - thats terrible! - at least Neil gets paid well when he does stoooopid hours. Go on strike;).... just head into your back garden and harvest those money trees of yours:rotfl:

You all sorted now, accomodation, car hire etc?

We're all done and paid for now. Feels good:woohoo:

Just got to find the spending money and we're all set

We're starting to go out more in the US with L now. He's older and can appreciate it more. Not sure how far we'll venture into the world though. I'm sure we'll get to Europe soon (UK at least ;) ). Not sure if I want to go to the Middle East.

As for cost, anything outisde of the US is expensive (except Mexico and the Caribbean). It is an arm and a leg everytime I look at price to England. Only time that is cheap is the middle of winter.

Email us your itinary when its sorted and we can try and meet up before if you have the time.:thumbsup2

Our schedule isnt so tight as at christmas. No Disney or Universal parks for us this time. We have a 7 day Busch and Seaworld ticket, malls and outlets for shopping (of course!), DTD (for more shopping), still haven't decided if we're doing MNSSHP yet, but if I know where you're all meeting then we may pop in if we have time.

Kind of hard to strike if you a union of 1. :lmao:

It comes out in the end though. I have vacation that rivals that of Europe (38 days not counting sick days). It is only about 4-5 weeks that are crazy for me. Could be worse, I could be in public accounting and work crazy hours from January through mid-April (not to mention no vacation during that time).

Have you tried flights from Orlando? I know it would be a pain, but they might be MUCH cheaper.:confused3

We're looking at maybe the Caribean next summer or maybe a cheaper cruise. Gotta wait to see the £££ situation first, plus I have never researched carib or other cruise companies so that may take a while!

We're getting there. Will spend more time finalizing things in a week or two. Got our flights all sorted (was able to switch in to Milwaukee now, so that is a plus). Car has been held for some time now. I will start checking now to see if we can lower the rate though.

I'm not aware of any meets outside of the MK (i.e. MNSSHP), but we can easily meet up one of the days. We have time on Thursday for sure. The party doesn't start until 4:00 p.m.

But since I know you guys are going to go, we can just plan on seeing each other there. ;) :rotfl:

Once I'm packed for October I'll start getting brochures for next summer 2010.

I cant possibly come back after the cruise with nothing else booked. It would be just too awful!

Get researching your UK visit:thumbsup2.... free accom here anytime:goodvibes

The problem is, the fares going that way are almost 3x more than the fares coming this way. Same flights, dates, times, everything, but more if we do a roundtrip in that direction. Go figure.

As for the Caribbean, we'll have to talk on the cruise. We might be able to swing something to meet up with you. I'm usually good the 3rd week of August. E still on break then, correct?

I'll stop posting at 898 though and you can have the last 2 posts to get it. Hopefully no one else shows up to take it from you.

Even from Orlando though? There are loads of flights into there from the UK, try Virgin atlantic from Orlando. They fly several times a day.

Yes, we'd be looking at 3rd and 4th week of Aug next year probably or maybe even the same sort of time in October again. Depends on the £££ and flights etc.

O.K., one more post from me and it's all yours.

I'll say good night and congrats now. I'm heading off to bed.
