I haven't had time--- ugh..... But it's just me not all four of us.

I'm so excited about the BOB cruise that I've got a few things thrown into a drawer so when the suitcases come out I can just toss the stuff in there. I just hope I can hold onto my job that long.:confused3

Hey Joanne, do you have Heather's blog link handy? I've got 2 more minutes left on my lunch so I thought I take a peek over there. :)

YIKES! Is it my computer or is the DIS running extremely slow again? :confused3

OK...lunch break is officially over. Talk to you all tonight, maybe. :cutie:

I can always depend on Heather being logged on to talk to me during my lunch break. But....she thought cruising would be more fun than talking to me. :lmao:

Anyone else out there? Joanne? afeg?? ;)

Good evening ladies.....Wish i could stay around and chat but alas am going away tomorrow for a few days and still have a million and one jobs left to do.....Take care and have a wonderful week.......
:flower3:

Hey Leisha, I think you owe us a few pics of your kiddos, right? I believe we've been waiting since last weekend. Are you going to make us wait until after the wedding?? :)

Hello everyone...

We have had a good day so far. It's been relaxing.

I think I am going to start to fill out our passport applications.

I do owe you pictures. I will have to have someone help me tonight when I get home to send the pictures to photobucket. I have alread posted the pictures of my good children ( dogs) :rotfl2:

late Sunday night check in....

Rob's snoring next to me and everyone else is asleep. What a crazy weekend. Last night, I got so nervous while Em was out. The weather got really bad--thunder and lightning. I'm so glad she is in her bed safe and sound. She had lifeguard training all day today so she was wiped out.

We are all a little somber tonight. One of Emily's best friends is moving tomorrow. This is such a tough time for teens in military families. They will stay in touch because of modern technology, but there's nothing like having your best mate to laugh with, you know? Our country (and our allies) are so wonderful about supporting our troops, and I know it seems I am always asking for prayers for our military....but please don't forget those who make the sacrifice without a choice--the kids. They never chose this life and sometimes they are the ones in the most pain. Emily's friend who is moving is going to have to start over in a school 5X the size of our high school. She is a great kid, so she'll be ok, but she'll have hurdles for sure.

Ok, so I am a little sappy-blame it on the wine. I've had a couple of glasses.

:grouphug: Been there done that and I understand completely. It is tough to move around but I think that has helped me in a lot of ways because I make freinds easily and am pretty good about keeping in touch with people.

Anyone watch the horse race yesterday?

First phillie to win in 75 years. It was close though. Mind That Bird was coming up at the end. I think another 1/4 mile would have had a different ending. Good to see her win and to see MTB wasn't a fluke win at the KY Derby.

The Belmont will be an interesting race.

She was amazing in the Oaks and would have probably beat the boys in the Derby. I did bet $2 on her when I was at Churchill downs on Thursday. The trainer for Mine that Bird was a jerk derby week so I was not that sorry the horse dod not win Sat.

Busy day today got a call this morning from Nancy's 89yr old mother that her dad had been sick all night after we evaluated the problem we called the rescue. After arriving at the hospital and all the testing he will be having his Gaul Bladder removed tomorrow PM. To say the least we are a little worried at 89 having surgery can be tricky.
We will let you all know tomorrow how we are doing.

Dan
