I guess I was just imagining all of those lurkers. :goodvibes

Congrats milllerpjm!

Matthew

Oh, I'm sure Jeff would've snagged it on us but he's in a meeting this morning. ;)

Congrats on getting :sail: Jen! :thumbsup2

We saved the tick as well, but the doctor didn't want it for testing. My DW has been checking her neck and says that the rash never developed. (or other symptoms either)

Matthew

Our DD Kristin had a tick on her when she was about 3 years old. We got it out in one piece but never thought about having it checked out. Do you think that tick bite is a result of her shopping addiction? :rotfl:

we like both pop century and all star movies.:wizard:
cant go wrong. totally agree with the logic about only sleeping there anyway.

that being said, we couldnt resist seeing the AKV for the first time.:rolleyes1
so it looks like thats where we're staying.

We are staying at AKV too. You will love them. We stayed there last year.

Bye everyone:wave2:
I'm off to go get Sean and bring him home.
No laptop for me so I'll catch you all next Monday night or Tuesday.

I remember reading the Boxcar Children books when I was a kid - loved them!!!

Sarah had reading practice test for her SOL's (Standards of Learning....standardized tests in Virginia at the end of certain grades). Anyway... one of the questions had information about the author of the Boxcar series. When she was a child, she loved read and writing books (yes...as a child!) She lived next to a train yard or station. She saw inside a caboose and it had things that made it look like you could live in it. She wondered what it would be like to live on a train. Years later, she remembered that and started writing the books.:goodvibes

Good writing is good writing...at any age and any time! :thumbsup2

I also loved the Laura Ingalls Wilder books...I read my set 'til they all fell apart!

I read all of those as well. I also had a bunch of Nancy Drew books. Years ago when my parents made their last move (no longer courtesy of the Air Force) they had to get rid of the Nancy Drew and Hardy Boys books -- a big box of them. It made me sad, but as I had no kids yet and no where to store them, what was I to do :confused3?

I also bought tons of Scholastic books. I think I had at least 5 or 6 on each order! But then again, that's all I did. No sports, no dance. Just played with my friends and read whenever I could!

:lmao::lmao::lmao:Loving the photo's Robin.

Me too. Love the photos of my bestest buddies. I was just commenting on Mike's shoes not being tied then I said to Walt Here I am commenting on Mike's shoes when Robin is in her PJ's. :rotfl2::rotfl2::rotfl2:
