Welcome to you all! Glad you found us. I am Nancy & will be cruising with DH Dan. We are retirees - it will be just the 2 of us. We have been on 3 DVC members cruises on the Wonder - this will be our first 7 day & first on the Magic. We already know some of the folks on this thread personally, while others we've met on this board & are looking forward to meeting them too. Great group with a variety of interests!!

OMG this is overwhelming! BUT, I'd like to join the party!! My family and I will be cruisin' with all of you in October. Coming along will be Jeff, Angie, Dustin (14), and Adrienne (11). Looking forward to getting to know some of you and planning our trip. Also can't wait to hear more about the B.O.B. You all sound like a crazy fun group.

two days after that,
the party will come alive.

We'll go to St. John
and snorkel Trunk Bay,
Then party at QC Pool
on our sea day.

The sea may be rough,
or it could be calm,
I can't wait for Castaway
and sitting under a palm.

I put this verse in
to see who is paying attention,
So Karen if you're reading,
I get no detention.

We'd love to sail with Ducky
and go watch him draw,
But fear Rockin Bar D
and Dawg in a Bra.

After the repo,
You'd think I'd learned my lessons,
but if you want to find AFEG and me,
we'll be in Sessions.

But now this poem like the cruise
must come to an ends,
and we'll remember this trip
with all of our friends.

I hope you liked my poem,

Don't know if it was on this thread or the previous, but I saw some talking about Facebook. I have just gotten on, and haven't had much time to look around, but are lots of BOBers on Facebook? Are you linked through a group or just friends?

Well, Ellis and I have had an interesting evening!

We joined a photography course for kids and parents today. Its a 10 week course. The first half hour was filling in paperwork, but after that it was interesting. Got too technical for Ellis in parts, but he enjoyed it and I learned quite a bit of stuff

We took some cool photos between us. We had to choose shiny things, portrait, soft skin, macro, spiky things, smooth, rough. I'm pleased with a couple of my macro shots

Makes me want to go in the garden and take some more (photo nerd!)

What I like most is that they teach you about your own camera, rather than the colleges supply.

Sounds really interesting Karen. Of course we want to see piccies.

Don't know if it was on this thread or the previous, but I saw some talking about Facebook. I have just gotten on, and haven't had much time to look around, but are lots of BOBers on Facebook? Are you linked through a group or just friends?

I'm not Janice. It's all I can do just to keep up here. Besides, it's probably just one of those things that will get me all mixed up and I'll have to "kick" my computer.....oooops...I mean "fix" my computer.
