Marty's???? The key to my heart. :rotfl:

I always wanted to try Grills myself. Seems like a lot of cruisers go there on Friday night. :)

:lmao: Joanne, I never even looked at the spelling. I went right to the good stuff. I actually had to scroll up to see what you were talking about. :lmao:

I recognize Roger only. Anyone else we should know? :)

Great pic, may I borrow it? :flower3:

This was the family trip, my mom and sister, DS # 1 and girlfriend, Best friend and her Grandmother & Uncle. This was the welcome aboard lunch, we had already lost all the kids to the teen club!! We were 16 in total and for dinners they had us at one table. It was so much fun. We had great servers.

Good morning everyone. It sure is nice to sleep in an extra hour or so. It's also nice to stay in bed and watch an old James Bond movie, taking my time to get out of bed!

Wow 35 weeks...I think when we booked in August we were around 60 weeks. I know most of you have been booked since fall 2007, so I can't imagine waiting that long. It will be here before we know it. Soon it will be summer, and we will be talking about Palo arrangements, spa ressies, final travel plans.

That just reminded me, I had a dream last night that I took the kids to PC a week before our sailing to see the Magic off. DD was telling everyone, "I am going on that ship next week!" We watched her sail up the channel and out to sea as some NASA jets flew overhead. It was a weird dream, but I often have weird cruise dreams.

So Nancy, venturing out this morning? The plow just came through our subdivision. Not sure what the roads are like. We are set to run out around noon to drop one of the boys off. We'll probably swing by after that. Not sure if we're taking L to his zoo class or not. Not canceled yet.

Nancy, we went there on Friday evening before our last cruise. The food was very good as was the service. It was nice sitting out watching the boats come and go while waiting for food.

While we waited for a table, we were sitting in the gazebo. My kids saw their first Florida lizard/gecko. They thought that was rather cool.

I wish I could have had an extra hour of sleep this morning. I set the alarm for 7:00. Good thing, the boys were up at 7:30. I so could have slept til 8:00 or so today. Maybe tomorrow.

As for the waiting for this cruise, the KKers set the week while cruising in 2007, so it is about 2 years for us. We couldn't actually book it though until early Decembr 2007. With a lot of us from WI, we picked the week that the schools will be closed for 2 days. Didn't even know what itinerary we'd have. Just got lucky getting the Eastern (we were sailing a Western at the time).

No that a lot of us are still pulling our kids out the Thursday before, they will still miss 5 days. We could have done the 10/31 and still had 5 days out. Oh well, that would have been another Western and the Eastern is much better.

We tried going to Grill's before the KK cruise and it was packed. Can't remember how long the wait was. We went back to the Ron Jon and just ate there.

My kids will be missing 6 days as far as I can tell. I have taken the Thursday before as a vacation day so that I can tie up lose ends, wrap up packing and if need be drive to Boston. If we fly out of Boston, and have an early morning flight, I want to get a stay and park deal at a hotel.

I want to say we waited about 15-20 minutes for a table of 7. I went to my office rather late the night before to print out the coupon they have from the internet. I think it is either 10 or 15 % off.

You are so good Andy. Keep up the good work.:thumbsup2
You'll have to wear a name badge at the terminal or we wont be able to see you.:rotfl2:

:lmao: :lmao: :lmao:

Just got back home from a hard 2 hour workout, at least I was able to take off the pound I gained last week, which made me happy. :)

Well my work here is done.
Have a great day everyone.
Off shopping this afternoon to Ikea and into the city for dinner.

Since "the kid" is off with some of her friends this weekend, Hazel and I are going to Ruby Tuesday for an early dinner, then might go to church tonight as sn*w is predicted here for tomorrow morning.

I just have to print off our Ruby Tuesday coupon, bye one entree, just a second entree of equal or lesser value for FREE!!!!! :thumbsup2

I know we aren't going to Grand Cayman, or at least aren't scheduled to do so. Here is one of my favorite cruise pictures from our 2004 cruise.

That's where we always have dinner the night before our cruises, but you need to get there before 5pm unless you don't mind waiting for a table.

Well, my battery is going dead and my cord is downstairs. I need to put my dog out too and get the paper. I'll check back in a little bit.

Not soon enough!!

I know, tell me about Joanne.

I was hurting so bad, by the time I got home from work yesterday, that I didn't want to do anything but hide under the covers and have a good old fashion pity party, and that's just what I did.........

At least today I am feeling much better, the workout I did this morning helped to bring my spirits back up!!! :thumbsup2
