I saw Hugh Jackman when he was on Broadway in the Boy from Oz. He was amazing, not to mention gorgeous! He has a really quick wit - he stopped the show to make fun of some people that arrived late. He was an excellent choice to MC

Wow 45 pages later im finally caught up

Well, if all goes according to my plan, Hazel, Lina and I will be heading to Florida two weeks from today for a week of relaxation in the Florida sun. Joanne, I am putting my request in now for warmer temps!!!

We leave the day before you fly in.

You guys don't have a snow blower? You really need one if you live here.

As for the roads, I'm not looking forward to going out in this. The plow came through once this morning (around 8:00 or 8:30) and haven't seen one since, even on the main road (can see that from the upstairs bedroom). I went out to do the drive and the road was already covered with a couple more inches.

You must live near us we got 5 inches yesterday and today.

I forgot to mention earlier. I saw a fawn laying by the side of the road this morning on my way to Riverwinds, it must have got hit overnight or early this morning. It looked like the fawn that was in our yard a couple of weeks ago. Made me very sad when I saw it this morning. By them time I came home, the Animal Warden must have already been by to pick it up. When I told Hazel about this, she started crying.......

OK, I just finished DisneyQuest for grownups in my TR, if anyone is interested.

wow you guys were busy..lol took me almost a hour to get caught up!..lol

Last night was a blast, the play was funny and sad..the main char reminded me of my mother in law and my elderly neighbor. It was called "another home invasion" the premiss is about a elderly woman who has come to light that she can no longer take care of her sickly husband and has to deal with a breakin...it was amazing! One woman show... but you get so absorbed into it!

afterwards was a charity appatizer function.. with local celeb's it was yummy! ( I forgot my camera ...sorry)

Tonight I am going to try out a fishing game I bought for the wii.. I would rather fish for real.. but I will take what I can get..lol

I have the rapella(sp) fishing and love it

I actually live about 10-15 minutes from Nancy. We're both in the Milwaukee area.

I think the whole Upper Midwest got hit with about that much - more if you're on the wrong side of the lakes.

Sorry to hear Kira is not a happy camper this weekend. Hopefully she'll turn around when she sees her mommy.

Our DS would fall asleep in the car. It was great. Then we got into the DVD years and that satisfied him. Now he gets dizzy if he watches a DVD or plays is DS (not dear son there) in the car for too long. He is back to taking a nap on the way to my grandma's (2 hour drive).

She was ok when I saw her, I could tell that she just wasn't herself. She was clutching onto me and wouldn't even go near Grandma, which is weird! I think it's mostly just a lack of sleep since she didn't sleep until almost 11pm both nights. She actually fell asleep in her bed tonight!!

Rob and I always take bets on where she fell asleep, my guess was the closet, his was the window...we were both wrong!!!

Rob said she didn't want to do or go anywhere, didn't want to see or be with anyone else but him. Had meltdowns ALL the time! I hope she's not like that in Florida!!

We've had some real small trunked cars at times. I think the PT Cruiser we had one year was the best.

We've had one of those a few times - good little car for 3 + luggage
