When I arrived home for lunch, walked in the back door, I could smell dinner cooking in the crock pot...........Bar-B-Q spare ribs, they smell soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo gooooooooooooooooooooooooood!!!

QOD answer:

LINDY LOO and Elouise

I think those two are very deserving of a cruise and I think a lot of the KKers would love to have them on the BOB.

I agree with that.

wow!!! 2 hugs for the dawg.:woohoo: :woohoo:

here ya go.. who said this???

When he wakes up i'll have to ask him about that. He was awfully excited when i brought him home some CINNAMON coffee cakes this evening from the grocery store.:lmao: :lmao:

hint...it wasnt robin

What about Jen? (now I'm just picking random names!:rotfl: )

Since we have some nasty weather moving in tomorrow (like a lot of you) a wintry mix of rain/sn*w/sleet, I'm taking a shorter lunch so I can get the rest of the curb meters done ASAP.

See y'all later..........:wave2:

We've got Chicken fillet, baked potato and vegetables.

Based on the prices AT has out there right now, they know it is Teachers' Vacation, I mean Convention, weekend and all of WI is heading to FL. The prices are rediculous.

But like I said, they haven't loaded everything in yet for us.

Jeff, I'm looking at Chicago again, and I found Airtran Chicago Midway to MCO for $194 on Orbitz. I just might have to rethink leaving from Chicago....

It could just mean moving people around. THat is what they have decided to do here instead of having "March Massacer" as had been rumored. Tommy's company all took a pay reduction of 5% for six months to see if that will help instead of laying off people. You and Tink will be safe. You have Frank on your side and he has a straight connection to the right place.:)

Thanks Leisha!

Hey everyone...

I see some of the talk of the afternoon was Airtran opening dates. Me and my dad were pricing them. Portland, Maine to Orlando was about $200. I found White Plains/Westchester direct to Orlando for $166 for me! :cool1: :cool1: Those are all round trip prices.

The long term parking is pretty much non existent there, but I have a friend who lives about 15 minutes away. I may be calling him asking if I can park at his house and see if he can give me a ride to the airport.

That's interesting about AirTran from Portland. Last time I checked they weren't open for Oct. yet. Called JetBlue yesterday to see when they would be going out beyond Sept. 8. She couldn't give me an answer except it should be soon because they haven't done it for awhile. There's a direct flight to Orlando that friends of ours have taken. Beats driving to Boston. We're planning on going down on Thurs. 10/22. When are your folks going?

Hi Nancy and Chuck

The weather man was just on and said we will probably get as much as a foot of the heavy wet snow:guilty:

Castaway Where are you?:sunny:

Dan

Hiya Dan. OK, I guess I won't complain too much. We aren't getting anything near that. :scared1:

Happy Birthday Gary! (S & B's son) :cake: party: :bday:

 Happy Birthday Gary!

What weather forecast you listening too? We'll be only 2"-5" and up to 6" being well north of the city.

Don't count on any snow days Nancy. I think we'll get 4" and it will make tomorrow's driving awful. I'm taking the old car tomorrow.

I guess the forecast I heard was a bit outdated. That's what I heard when I left work yesterday.

Now that may have been the nicest thing you've ever said Jeff! And you're right, after all that cr@p they've gone through in the past year, I'll have to agree with your choice.

Good afternoon and Happy Birthday to Paige and the others (I can't remember names as I am multitasking big time here).

I got my BlackBerry today, so I am busy figuring it out and setting it up. I am trying to figure out how to DIS on it. I think I will be able to once I figure out how to scroll and zoom.

If I could take two people on a cruise...I would have to say my neighbors. They are our best friends and would be a blast to have join us.

The flight my dad was looking at was not a non stop on the way down. There was a layover in Baltimore, but it was a non stop on the return flight.
