Hey guys. Could i ask for a little pixie dust for Mike.
When i came home from work, i found him passed out in front of the computer
(with a smile on his face). Seems he was looking at that picture of the pillow fight that Cass posted, and it was too much for his heart.
We have a team of surgeons from Cleveland lined up to check him out.
Geeeez Robin, you scared the he11 out of me!!!

OK....then I laughed, a little.
Nancy - I hope you get better soon!!! Pink eye can be nasty.
Thanks Mimi, it looks a lot better today already. Gotta love those great antibiotics!
Amen! I had severe allergic rhinitis since I was very young. They told my parents I would probably outgrow it which some people do. I didn't. Out of 210 skin tests I had reactions to 209 (at a plus 3 or higher) and they told me I'd become allergic to the 210th which I did. Thank goodness there are such improved medications for children. I took immunotherapy for 15 years, before they told me I was so allergic, shots/serum were not going to help me, so for me, treating the symptoms is all I can do. Hopefully Kira will not be anywhere near that allergic and will be able to be treated so it is not a lifetime thing.
I've been for those tests before and are repeating them next Friday. But holy cow Mimi,

I can't imagine how irritating that was for you that day. I didn't react to that many, maybe only half. I also went through treatment for about 3 years but never felt any different so I quit.
Mimi--thanks so much for posting the pic of the two chairs sitting at Serenity Bay, I used that pic, with others that I took, as part of the card I made for Hazel. I even wrote a poem (using the Roses are Red, Violets are Blue rhyme) and added it to the card.
Lina picked up a Sand and Sea scent Yankee Candle for me today. I'm going to have the candle burning when I give Hazel the card that announces that we are back on the 10/24/09 cruise. I know she is going to be so surprised.
She'll love it Andy. No video for us this time though? Just set the camera up somewhere and let it run.
Just heard from Marina. She had to take Charlie back to her PCP this morning, while there a table Charlie was leaning against broke and cut Charlie's lip. The doctor sent Marina and Charlie back to the ER so he could have several stitches put in his lower lip. The poor little guy sure has been through it the past couple of days. Oh yeah, Marina did say Charlie's fever broke sometime today, which she is very happy about.
Poor little guy.
Funny, Mike was the first, er, no, the second thing I thought of when I saw that picture.
Ooooh Steve, you had me a tad bit nervous there buddy.
Oh my god Robin - Dont do that! - my heart jumped into my mouth in panic
I had the same reaction Karen. Those two are made for each other aren't they.
Well, the head teacher called me yesterday..with an update on the window saga.
Apparantly, she had been round every class in the juniors yesterday and 5 boys admitted they had been throwing snowballs through the school basketball hoop.... then spotted Ellis' in the back garden (its fixed to the wall just to the right of the patio windows)....
They continued to throw snowballs into the garden trying to get a "basket".
Unfortunately they werent a very a good aim...
She said most were in tears when they realized what they'd done. She's written to all the parents asking them to make their child forfeit their pocket money towards the cost of the repair. They also have to stay in today at lunchtime and write us a letter of apology. She's handled it very well and I appreciate the boys owning up to it all.
Good thing you'll get a little help in paying for that window. And an equally good lesson for the kids involved.
I have a friend coming round this afternoon who is going to wdw for the first time. Theres a whole group of them going and she's also getting married while they are out there.
She's asked me to look at her itinary and give her some tips.
Whats the one tip you'd give someone on their first visit?I've thoguht of several things, but all your input would be great
Hmmmmm, how about lots of pictures they can give to you to post for us?
OK seriously, have them stop to pick up a "My First Visit" button. I also heard of some people starting at the back of the park and moving forward to the entrance. I guess it's less busy that way but also probably a big tie up when they all meet in the middle.
Eh, go the picture route instead. We'll all appreciate it.
OK, I'm running behind schedule this morning. but I wanted to get Hazel's Valentine's Day card printed off while she was still asleep. Below is a copy of the card. The pic on the top is the front of the card, and the pic below that is the inside of the card. I think Hazel will be quite pleased and surprised when she reads the card tomorrow!!!
I haven't decided if I am going to give her the card before we go to Red Lobster for dinner, or give it to her after dinner while we are still at Red Lobster, what do you think?
Give it to her at home Andy. It's more personal that way.

You may not get the reaction you're hoping for at a public place. Nice job on the card though.
Best Wishes to Paige and her girlfriends!!!
arty:
They are headed to NYC for a 'girls only' weekend!!!
don't go there Mikey
DITTO from MG!! Have a great time Paige!
