If you're looking at ORD, you will be going out of your way. That is Chicago.

You need to look at MKE and MSP up here and MCO and TPA down there.

I am not reserving a car until I book my flights. That will probably be sometime this summer once Southwest opens up.

Car rates seem to go up rather than down, that's why we book now.

SW doesn't open until summer though? That's too late for me to book.

Speaking of dessert, I need to post my favorite from the Flying Fish:

Key Lime pie, with Oreo crust. The white stuff on top isn't whipped cream, it's panna cotta! Over to the left is pineapple sorbet on a vanilla cookie! Oh wait, I forgot the 'chocolate accoutrements'!

Well, my Charlie Tuna just got home from work and boy is he ever sick! I hope whatever he has he doesn't share it with me.

Tomato soup and grilled cheese for him tonight. Then off to bed!

I have to wait until at least May to make sure I am not being transferred. I may book a car, then edit the arrival time. I think we are able to do that to an existing ressie.

O.K., Avis for 2 days from Port to either MCO or TPA, and it was $148. I don't ever remember it being over $100.

I'll check Budget next, but I don't want to use them (I like walking into Avis and just being handed my keys and getting on my way).

Not always. Sometimes when you move the time, they change to the current rates. I've had that happen to me before. Not sure why they do that.
