Jeff are you actually finding flights listed for Th or F? or are you going but whats a little earlier in the month?

AT is changing their flight times around the 8th of the month. They have the flights up through the 18th right now. I wouldn't suspect them making two time changes in a month, but who knows with them.

OK, going to the Port, from MCO for 2 days is $110, from TPA it is $150.

Now I need to check Budget.

I just made a car rental reservation with Avis in case we fly into Tampa on Thur. That sure is a high rate for 2 days :scared: but at least we have it in case it goes up even more. I'll keep my fingers crossed that it will come down as we get closer. Even with the more expensive car rental it would still be cheaper for us to fly into Tampa.

:cutie: No problemo :cutie:

Sounds good to me too Cass.

We had the same rule in our house Cass. No beverage until you finished your dinner. I didn't make that rule in my house though. :sad2:

It isn't only the scar Mike.

I have to have a drink when I eat and it can't be plain water. Diane

That's what I was figuring. Luckily, I will still look into going into MCO. That should cut the cost a bit.

I'm checking Budget right now. I'll let you know what I find.

i could look it up i guess....:rolleyes1

shhh robins taking another test. she finishes this class tontie. then only 2 more classes we think. thats been a battle too, between her and the school. either way....we'll be celebrating her graduation soon.:woohoo:

Now I booked one for the return coming home through Tampa on Sun. I never check rental rates through Budget because they rent Ford cars and Al doesn't fit in Fords, not enough head room.

I think I am now up to having 5 different car rentals in my cruise folder :rolleyes1

Budget to Port from MCO is $97.

From TPA, it is $129.

Looks like I'll be holding out for MCO to drop, but not sure if it will. Usually MKE-MCO goes for $99 and even $79 sometimes. MKE-TPA is coming up $86 right now (for as far as they let you book).

ok - you asked for it, we could use some company
These are from yesterday- Navarre Beach where we were bike riding. The road is still closed from Hurrican Ivan, but you can bike & walk.

This beach has been renourished so the sand is not as white as Destin, it needs a few years in the sun.

Those are sure nice pictures of the beach, water and sand. I wish I was there right now. Diane

I will probably have 4 rentals set by the weekend.

Another option if you fly out of TPA is to take the DCL buses to WDW after the cruise (don't have to worry about the luggage then) and then pick up a car at Alamo right there in WDW. The one-way on the bus is $35 I think per person. If the car rental with Alamo is cheap, that would be a good alternative.

If you fly into/out of MCO, you could go Magical Express back to the airport and DCL to WDW. Just another option.

i saw that list of companies online today. krispy kremes was one of them too.
say it aint soooo.:scared:

Walt loves Krispy Kremes. I guess since he does not eat them hardly anymore they are going belly up. He has not kept them in business like he use to. :confused3 :confused3 Diane
