Heres the photo of some of the crowd from our Dibb meet at christmas time.

Don't recognise anyone in this photo, but it was some years ago that Rick and I attended a Dibb meeting. It's also been a year since I last posted over there.

I came home at lunchtime and saw this fawn in our side yard, eating leaves off the honeysickle vines on the fence.

Well, the muse was upon me while I was home sick today. So I pumped out 3 sections of my trip report, including the Contemporary check-in. To say that didn't go as planned is an understatement! Link is in my siggie.

And heres some from our photopass discs that came the other day.
I've spent half the day wading through all 1606 photos to find ours:rolleyes:

They're great Karen. Love the boards round the photos.

Yes, but it also mentioned that some of the programs only accept 15 people!

Sorry Paige and Joanne! I PM'd a lot of people but I guess i missed you two - I wont the next time. Plus I thought you were on last night Joanne :confused3

No problem. Paige is bringing the Louisiana coffee to dip them in!

Of course, wasn't any trouble since it was a Fantastic Family in the Pictures...

The borders are good arent they! - it took me ages to decide which ones.

The board used to be very friendly, but it's grown so big now and there's a lot of Fluff posted.

Didn't choose the Ocean Front property. We did have a beach club though and could use 2 other properties in the hotel chain that were on beach.

Our hotel was a better property though.

We actually had more fun at the pool than at the beach. For the hundreds we saved, I'd stay at this property again.

I do have some beach pictures somewhere, so I will put those up too.

Jeff, where were you staying? If you told us before I must have missed it...

Looks very nice....

Spent Thousands to save Hundreds....:rotfl2: :rotfl2:

That's what Di says when she spends her money...:flower3:

Walt :cool1:

Actually it wasn't a bad deal for that trip. But the money saved will pay for another airline ticket back there again. :cool1: And I think AFEG will agree, we'd go right back there. Plus, AFEG really isn't a beach person so it worked out fine. Also, the water in Playa always seems to be rough, unlike the Pacific side (but you won't get the nice blue on that side).

All in all, for a week in a tropical location, I don't need the water front. Think of it as if I went AZ or Las Vegas, no beach there. Although, there were some sights on the beach worth seeing if you know what I mean.

More! - we want more! - we're freezing in England - post photos of anything hot! :cool1:

You can all blame Karen for this one. :lmao: :lmao: :lmao:

The other option was AFEG and I in our swimsuits - not going to happen. Although the fasion show by the pool on Monday afternoon was great (women's suits). :cool1: I think Dawg would have loved that one.

Good news again for people with mortgages today - the interst rate was cut again to an all time low of 1%... Dreadful for your savings but great for your mortgage. Hopefully it will still be really low in June when we renew:thumbsup2 - we should save about $350 - 400 per month:cheer2: (aka cruise fund!:thumbsup2 )

How long can you lock for over there? Can you get a 20 or 30 year fixed rate mortgage? If so, lock it up.
