Our water heater sites right next to our oil furnace. Just as I was re-lighting the water heater last night the furnace licked on, I nearly jumped out the heater room window. I thought the water heater was getting ready to explode............

I am home sick today I think I caught Rob's flu via Kira kisses..lol

I will give Cass a big hug from everyone when I see her on wed

as for plans we have our condo booked for the week before and the radisson booked aswell, flights won't happen till they come down in price.. I hope..lol

How often do you get transferred?

Usually every 5 or so years. We were in our last appointment for 7 years. We are finishing 4 years here, so we need to be cautious. It doesn't sound like our boss is planning on transferring us, but things happen.

I actually get more like 3.5 for 1/12 of the cake. I'll do the math again! There's another one out there with fewer points but I don't have it handy.

I went back and looked - I thought she had given everything for 1/12. I recalculated - though probably too quickly and came up with 162 per 1/12th of the cake for everything, so the points would be 3, I believe. My slide doesn't do increments. My slide is from when Turn Around was first introduced, so I guess it could have been changed as well.
