Robin, did you happen to hear the name of the pilot that did such a great job landing that plane and having everyone survive? It is Sully!!!! You were right on about that guy.

I told ya so. What a guy, what a guy!!!

It's always smooth sailing with him. Maybe he should be the captain on our next cruise.

I went to the Dr today, I have a case of vertigo. Taking meds for it. I have been on how many cruises and never had to take seasickness meds, even in the rockin and rollin of Hurricane Hannah. Well guess what is the script for vertigo, seasickness pills. She said it should last 2-3 weeks and if it doesn't get better to call her. I also talked to her about gastric bypass, and she put in a referral for me. Now before you all say no, realize that on my med plan you have to go through a program and it will be a year before I can even get it. If I get it, I am going to try my best to do it on my own, but I have been heavy all of my life and well I'm tired of fighting and am starting to think I need some help.

bad news.


Robins brother had that bypass surgery a couple of years ago.
you'll have to talk to her.

Hey Robin - could you explain the Sully reference? I've heard you mention him before, but I'm wondering if there is a story that goes with it. Is he the Sully from Monsters, Inc.?

since robins at work...allow me to explain the legend of sully.

Robin always liked that show dr. quinn medicine woman.
she particularly loves that guy Joe Lando who played Sully on the show.

well when robin joined the gym last year, she was really fanatical about it.
was waking at 4:30 to go workout before work.
thats about the time (and again i dont know how these things get started)
that i learned the trainer at the gym's name is sully.
seems around home whenever i mention Cinnamon, she responses with Sully.

I'm crying over spilt milk.

Went to get the bag out of the car that had a gallon of milk in the bag and the bottom of the bag broke, the milk fell onto the ground and the plastic jug broke sending the whole gallon of milk down the street. That was a quick $3.62 gone bye-bye.

Please my Mid West and East Coast friends (which is most of you), try and stay warm in that nasty mess you have going on. I promise I am trying to send some of our warm CA weather your way. We have been in the high 60's for a week now, LA has been in the high 80's! We do need rain here though so if you can send that our way I would appreciate it.

we'll take it. it was -6 last nite. high of 5 today. another cold one tonite too.
talked to my mom in florida. she said "its cold here too. lows in the 30's"
that sounds good right now.
