I've never seen that show but I heard they only eat things that touch and really try to eat things like low-fat casseroles with the lean meat and veggies all mixed together.

Can the pop tart filling touch the pastry or do you peel it apart? What about the pop tart icing? And where is Sweet Polly when you're watching TV with your pastry? And isn't there something amiss about watching a weight loss show with a pop tart?
