Did you do the Segway as well Cheryl, or just joined the group walking round with them?

Just Al did the Segway tour, a castmember took that picture for him. I didn't know we would have been able to walk around with him on the tour. You have to be 16 to do the tour so I only booked it for Al because Rachel is not old enough.The tour was at 8:30 so Rach slept in (she was finally feeling better that day) and than she and I took the bus from SSR and met him at EPCOT after his tour was over. He really enjoyed the tour and the Segway and he said he'd like to do one again he just wishes they didn't have so much time spent on instructions.

Just a little surgery update and I won't bore you with the details, but biopsies were taken and I won't know the results for 10 days!! Thanks for all your well wishes. I'll hang onto them for the next 10 days. You guys are the best!!!

The waiting is the worst We'll keep praying that you get good results

Yes it was lucky that the snow fell on Neils days off inbetween his night shift at work. He's back to work tonight though, but at least he got to go sledging


We passed numerous 6foot snowmen when we were walking through the park. Its bright out at the moment so we've had a teeny thaw, but we have lots forecast for tonight - it might shut all the schools again

Good Morning everyone!!

I am in good spirits cause tonight is pj night at Cass's.. I have missed the last 2 weeks due to colds and such so i am totally ready for some crazy dogs and wet kisses from Kira..lol

Well, so far so good - no snow yet - we're forecast 8 inches tonight and I have to go out at 7pm to a school meeting which wont finish til about 9.30pm - Guess who will probably look like a snowman by the time she's walked home

Wow, they do that in NJ too! I had never heard of it until I moved to NJ - we didn't know about it on LI!

I've lived in NJ my whole life and never heard about turning your PJ's inside out to get off from school. Maybe it's better known in North Jersey?

I've lived in NJ my whole life and never heard about turning your PJ's inside out to get off from school. Maybe it's better known in North Jersey?

Actually, I'm in central NJ but maybe you're right. I know my officemate's daughter does it.

I guess I should give an update on my mom as well. My mom's surgery last Friday went well. Her foot will be in a cast until 2/23 when she goes back for her next post-op check-up. The surgeon was quite pleased when he saw my mom this past Monday. Thanks for all the prayers and well wishes!!!

Central Jersey, there's a Central Jersey? And here along I thought there was only a North Jersey and South Jersey...........

Growing up we were always told Trenton separates the North, from the South, of our state.........
