Al on his Segway tour of EPCOT, he really enjoyed this

Did you do the Segway as well Cheryl, or just joined the group walking round with them?

Heres some from Monday after school - all the kids (and most of the adults!) played snowball fighting and sledging for over an hour!

This was before most of the snow arrived and there was just a covering.

Good morning everyone...

The kids have a 90 minute delay today after the snow yesterday and last night. I guess yesterday was a day of snow pictures!

I will be checking in on my work computer throughout the day. I have to go clear the van off and head to the office.

Of course, they didn't know then, that many people would consider that fight to be the beginning of another successful World Series run for the Sox. They should be thanking A-Rod!

21. My grandfather grew up with Whitey Ford in Astoria Queens

That is so cool! Whitey is my favorite Old Timer Yankee! He seems like such a sweety!

22. I owned a motorcycle for one summer. I enjoyed it, but it was junk so I sold it on Ebay.

Isn't that where everyone gets rid of their junk??? :lmao:

After 3 hours of shoveling 10" of crapy white stuff, I am finished and pooped!!!

Our area got hit with a micro burst of sn*w last night, the 1" to 2" we were expecting, turned into 10" :sad2:

I'd take some pics, but my hands are still shaking from shoveling all this stuff, it's hard enough just to type right now.........:rolleyes2

Did I mention, I "DON'T" like sn*w.......:sad2:

That's insane. We only got about 3 or 4 inches in Eastern Connecticut. I will not be sad when this winter is over. My son last night asked, "what happens in March?" I replied, "thats when spring comes!"

The kids then said together, "that isn't too far away dad"

OK, this is what 3 hours of shoveling is like when it is finished. At least at my house anyhow.......:lmao:

Maybe the 10" was actually more like 8" but to me, it seemed like 20" :rotfl2:

Great pictures Karen! Neil looks like he's having as much fun as the kids!!! It's nice that he could be home to enjoy this time with Ellis - I have great memories of my Dad taking us sledding as kids.

Yes it was lucky that the snow fell on Neils days off inbetween his night shift at work. He's back to work tonight though, but at least he got to go sledging:goodvibes

::yes:: We passed numerous 6foot snowmen when we were walking through the park. Its bright out at the moment so we've had a teeny thaw, but we have lots forecast for tonight:sad2: - it might shut all the schools again:thumbsup2

I've got to get Lina on the move, she has a new babysitting job to do this morning and I don't want her to be late for her first day with the new client.

See ya folks later on......:wave2:
