Wow, you can tell the roads are bad here this morning. There is practically NO traffic on our road which is usually quite busy!

And it is FREEZING here, too!

How is it where you are, Andy?

Getting ready to leave for work......it is around 35* or so here with lots of heavy rain.........

Guess who I heard from KKers? It's Linda and Elouise!!

They are leaving for a RC cruise from Miami this Saturday and are planning a WDW vacation for April of 2010.

As you can see they hit up Disneyland Paris on a vacation given to them by her folks and a dear friend.

Linda wanted me to say hi to everyone!!

I too am back on my diet (of sorts) and trying to lose some weight. The good news is that I didnt put any weight on on holiday. We were so busy I'm not that suprised. We crammed more parks and more shopping into less days this time, and between us we only managed to eat 32 slices of Wlamart chesecake. (I had 30 and Ellis and Neil had 1 each)

What did you think of the twist at the weigh in? I thought it was too bad - almost mean - to get those people all revved up for the program & to be away from home only to send some packing after only one week. That could trigger a big eating binge. Of course maybe the idea that they might be able to get back in will keep them on track. Let's hope so.

Leftover chicken (Dan cooked double on the grill last night), baked potato (only 3oz each), mixed veggies and skim milk. For dessert I had fat free sugar free butterscotch pudding. HOw's that for a WW meal!!!!!

You know you can make a cake for less calories. It is great. diet soda/one can and a cake mix. It is so yummy with fat free cool whip. Walter ordered a wi on line today. He wants to play wi fit. Now I have to find a wi fit. He thinks he is cool. It says he is 44 years old for his balance, etc. You know he is much older than that. I was a couple years older than I am. I did not get the balance deal. Maybe once I have my own wi I will be younger. I know I am younger at heart. I can keep up with my grandkids all the time. Diane
