I don't know what Suz is doing for the Jeffster but the kids and I are celebrating tomorrow night with cake and icecream for some and celery sticks for others. ;)

Guess who gets the celery sticks?
:sad2:

I don't think I answered your bowling question the other day either Janice. My donation for the evening was $4.75. We changed the rules a bit since I last explained them, so let's just say I didn't do very well on Sunday night. :scared1:

We're going to try to figure out the internet Wii. We have it set up but we don't know how to play against anyone else yet. It's a work in progress though.

You know you can make a cake for less calories. It is great. diet soda/one can and a cake mix. It is so yummy with fat free cool whip. Walter ordered a wi on line today. He wants to play wi fit. Now I have to find a wi fit. He thinks he is cool. It says he is 44 years old for his balance, etc. You know he is much older than that. I was a couple years older than I am. I did not get the balance deal. Maybe once I have my own wi I will be younger. I know I am younger at heart. I can keep up with my grandkids all the time. :confused3 :confused3 :confused3 Diane

Happy Birthday Mimi from Di in Texas. I am watching grandkids tonite. Their mom has a meeting so I am using her computer. Diane

Hey! Thanks Di! It has been a wonderful day! We celebrate Three Kings/Epiphany, and this is the first time both kids have not been here to put their boxes of straw under their beds or open their gift in the morning. We mailed our daughter's box (complete with straw and gift) to her and we took our son's to him tonight when he drove out this way to meet us for dinner. He has not been here for my birthday before - when he was co-oping at Ft. Meade, but our daughter has always been here - till now. Strange. It is another step in growing up as a parent. God has prepared me well for this season of life, but it is still odd. The day has been very nice though. Both kids texted me birthday wishes and called too.

Now I am off to practice a little guitar, check on Facebook, and maybe watch a show with the hubby (or not watch ;)).

let me get this straight. you are a KK1 lurker??
did we seem that scary??:lmao:

we need to see a pic. maybe i'd recognize you from the deck 10 party.
:woohoo: :woohoo: pirate: :cool2:

I am trying to figure out how to post a picture...probably won't recognize me from the deck 10 party since I was stuck in my stateroom finishing an online exam

Cheryl - Thanks for the birthday wishes!!!

Bringing up an old topic - Jay Leno said on TV last night (no, I wasn't up but Mack was watching after the football game) that he can't stand to have his food touch. He had an 8 yr. old chef on who was making Shepherd's Pie. Leno said if a pea touched his steak there was no way he was eating it.

no longer any need for us to hide. no food touchers unite!!!!!:cheer2: :yay:

i think i mentioned a while ago about the bad incident with peas in 50's primetime cafe at disney studios.

Too funny - I'd love pancakes right now though I think we are going for steak. I'm sure I'll be in the mood for it then. I used to fix pancakes for my kids on their birthdays - they would always spell out Happy Birthday (kid's name).

Thanks so much, Heather!

Thank you! Details of Momentum????

sorry haven't read the material yet. been real busy. Diane

I love your tradition for Three Kings/Epiphany. Keep it going until you have grandkids. I did that with St. Nick's Day.Di

I had a baked potato with fat free cheddar cheese and lite sour cream at my daughters. Now I am home and I had a nice fresh fruit salad with whipped cream. Yum! Now I am full. Diane
