Guess that was premature. Hi guys (well, actually ladies). How's it going?

:rotfl:
Well, as long as I don't have to cut your food or clean up your mess on the floor underneath you, I think we're good! :rotfl2:

Wouldn't every night on DCL be romantic then? :confused3

Except for on the Repo, they've always cut DS's food (without asking). Suz loved that.

She was a little taken aback when they didn't do it on the repo. After a couple of nights she asked the head server if they changed their service, he said no. The next night the assistant server came to cut DS's steak. Don't think she ever cut steak before and to top it off, she had the knife upside down.

I think Iwill keep my eye's open for a repo cruise... that would be awsome.. I think we would do it without the kids. i use that term loosley cause they are practically grown..lol :goodvibes

This is one I haven't seen before, but it looks pretty yummy. Please describe ingrediants :)

I couldn't even tell you. We got one or two over the time, but never ate them (well, maybe had a bite, but I can't remember what it is, just that it was very sweet). It is the cake that DCL brings out for Birthdays and Anniversaries when you celebrate on the cruise.

Someone else may know what type it is.

No, I think we're good! :thumbsup2 But don't be surprised if someone of walks over and tries to sample something on your plate :rolleyes1 oh boy, this looks good, where did you get that?

They have 4 of them in 2010. One to Europe (April), one from Spain to England (May or June I believe), England to Spain (August) and Spain to the US (September).

The one back to the States is really reasonably priced and you get some good island in the Caribbean at the end. If I didn't have to pull DS out of school for 3 weeks (2 week crusie plus 1 week travel and touring), I'd do it.

We used our DVC points and are booked on the Westbound crossing :)

Annette don't feel bad about the cold. Nancy and I just got back from shopping and it's 27 degrees and the wind is blowing.

I'm sure you know this Chris, but no one under 18 on Palo. Oh, duh, that's what you meant about your son staying in the club. Never mind!
Yes I knew that. I was referring to having my parents and sister join us for a nice brunch.

I cant rememebr Chris - how old is your ds? If he's 8 or older he'll be in the same club as mine and Jeff's, if younger the same as Jen's. Either way, get him chatting before the cruise so he has a ready made friend. I remember last time, none of our kids would come out of the club:eek: He can email my ds if he'd like to with a few photos etc and he'll have a familiar face to say hi to.:goodvibes
My DS right now is 6 and in 1st grade. He will be 7 when we cruise. My DD is 8 and will be 9 on the cruise next year. They might like emailing. DS is just now learning how to read in earnest.
Chris,

If you tell the clubs that you're going to Palo, they will try to encourage your child to stay in the club if they want to leave. They are really good about that.

However for us, and I think Karen would agree, we can't get our son out of the club. Suz and I usually have to draw straws to see who will stay up to go pick him up. He out lasts us on the cruise and is never really tired. Don't know how he does it. Must be all the excitement.
I think with him it was an age thing. He is generally shy, but has been much more outgoing since starting school. I think if he has some friends in the clubs and will play the Wii or whatever system they have, he will be just fine. He was only 4 on our last cruise. It seemed not a half hour of getting him in the club, we got the page saying he wanted picked up.

Yes, but did you eat anything? :lmao:

:rolleyes1

Karen, how's that post count coming? :rolleyes1

Your DD will be in the same group as my son and Jeffs. I'm pretty sure Jen's son will be about your ds's age.

Ellis is quite a shy boy til he gets to know you then he doesn't shut up:rotfl: (just like his Mommy:rolleyes1 )

Nearer the time I'll give you Ellis' email address - they can email him if they want to.:goodvibes
