You see i saw that post and straight away i was thinking something about Paige's age and her looking mighty fine for it but thought no the new me would never say anything like that.......:rolleyes1

A wise choice. ;) It's nice to see the new you even though I never met the old you. I've just heard things :rolleyes1

Oops, sorry Nancy. I messed up your F.O.!

"I've just heard things"

Why Miss Kathy whatever could you mean?......:rolleyes1

ps...The old Me Would have stole Nancy's F.O in a heart beat....:snooty:

Joanne - Why did you decide on a Garmin? Is there a monthly fee? Did you get a good deal?

There are no fees, We have one and love it.Roger seems to like them better than the others. IN October it took us a back way out of WDW and we were right on 192. It was so much faster.

After a busy weekend of hockey it's back to good old Monday.
I hope everybody had a great weekend. The weather here in Maine was cloudyand drizzley all weekend. Some people we know sat on a beach a read.

Joanne we have been talking and I think we are staying an extra day after the Cruise. You mentioned MMSHP. We have never done it we missed it this year so I think we will be doing it this year . You won't be abe to get rid of us:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:. Nancy wants to know how much are the tickets and does that include a regular days pass use included?

Good morning everyone...

A nice sunny day here in Connecticut. It will only get to about 50 here today, but I should be able to put a major dent in my leaves today. It looks like they are all finally down, so perhaps in the next couple of days, I will have them all up.

Jeff, that sounds like a great deal for your WDW packages. After the cruise, I would really like to get down there for at least a week, maybe even longer. We are planning this maybe in 2010 sometime. I guess I will have to do some major research on getting the most bang for my buck.

Good morning to our awaking American friends across the pond.....:)

ps....Paige the new me would never insinuate you were 233 years old now the old one he's a different kettle of fish altogether....:rolleyes1

Among other things ... :lmao:

Morning all! :goodvibes

Hey Brenda, your turkey legs are missing again!

b/t/w, I can't BELIEVE that Jason ate Little Bunny Foo Foo at the California Grill! I had just managed to calm down LBFF (he felt threatened by the Gobbler). See how nervously he's hopping these days?

:rotfl2:

I don't believe it for a minute. ;)

I'm sitting here watching the traffic report and Eastbound I-70, which is my direct route to work, is bunged up ... all four lanes at the Missouri River because there's ice on the bridge and an accident on the St. Louis County side of the river. They're reporting a 10-mile back-up.

I hate Monday. :scared1:

My turkeys are free range ... :lmao:

I couldn't believe he ate little bunny foo foo, either. I'll eat a lot of things but rabbit isn't one of them.

So here's a picture of something I've been working on this afternoon. I needed lots of guidance from a very special BOBer but here is the end result:

My kids still get St Nick presents. Tradition in my family is that my brother and I used my dad's WWII boots for St Nick to drop off goodies. The rule is is that you keep getting gifts from St Nick until you have a child of your own and then he/she takes over. Since my brother never had children he passed his boot onto his Godchild, my Kristin.

Since it's getting harder and harder to get them stuff (my kids don't eat candy) I thought I would stick a Disney Gift Card behind each lanyard for the cruise next year. They'll be getting these lanyards, the GC, movie passes, dated ornaments, silly putty (they get one EVERY year), Fruit Roll-ups and some nuts. Stacy and Jesse don't have boots but they have their own stockings here for their gifts.

Anyone else have any fun holiday traditions they'd like to share?

These are awesome! I may have to steal this idea... :thumbsup2

Hey Nancy - These are fabulous! Where did you get the Castaway Club lanyards? Did you plan ahead and buy them in advance or did you order them online?

I'm trying to catch up this morning, but it's not working...gotta run...

So, instead I'll just say HI! to everyone, and happy birthday/anniversary to anyone I have missed.....

This may help....

Husband and wife are shopping in Target when the man picks up a crate of Budd and sticks them into the trolley

'What do you think you're doing?' asks the wife

'They're on offer, only $10 for 24 cans', he says *

*'Put them back. We can't afford it,' says the wife and they carry on shopping.... *

A few aisles later the woman picks up a $20 jar of face cream and sticks it into the trolley. *

What do you think you're doing?' asks the man,

'It's my face cream.. It makes me look beautiful,' she says.

The man replies... 'SO DOES 24 CANS OF BUDD AND IT'S HALF THE BLOODY PRICE'
