One of my friends just saw HSM3 on the Wonder last week. She said the teenage girls were screaming their heads off! :yay:
Elaine took our kids last Sunday to see it. I guess it was ok. I was home with stomach problems and rapidly spreading poison ivy.

I want to see the new James Bond movie. I think it comes out this Friday. Next week, I may have to take an afternoon off and enjoy a solitary matinee. I'll only be out $6.50 if I go alone. :thumbsup2

We could have gone this morning at 10:30 and only paid $5.00 per person, but I didn't want to take the chance of the theatre being full of screaming little ones. I ordered tix online with my AMC Movie Watcher card and got the tix for $6.50 each!!! :goodvibes

Well I had one heck of a weekend. Started off with Dad taking a bad turn in hospital (yes he's still there!). The phonecall from the hospital just said he was very poorly and had very low blood pressure and was being monitored over night.

Then Saturday, I had a fete to help at for Breakthrough for Breast Cancer, but left at about 12.15pm to get Mum home (she came with me) as she wanted to get up to the hospital to see Dad.

When we got there, his blood pressure had stablised and the Drs had prescribed antibiotics as they thought that he might have a chest infection. After a CT scan, we left him and got absolutely soaked on the way back to the car.

Anyway...this morning Rick and I headed back to Mum and Dad's to start the clearing out, tidying up so that he can be discharged to come home. That took most of the day. At least the hospital bed and rest of the equipment can now be delivered.

A 3rd FO today by chance??? Nope denied by Heather and the 40 second rule........:lmao:

Once I got home, I had a pile of ironing to do (an you no how much I love ironing! :sad2:)

My Darling Husband, had remade the bed with clean linen and got the dinner ready.

I am now taking some time out to catch up on all the news and finally get some rest.

Sorry to bore you all, but thought I should tell you what's happening in te Miller household recently.

The news on Dad is that he is a lot better and can't wait to have his first cup of coffee. He's been NIL by Mouth for a couple of days now.

He hopes to be out of hospital soon (it's been another 8 weeks), though I doubt it will be Thusday as originally arranged. We wait and see.

Oh Heather, so sorry to hear about your troubled weekend, here's some :wizard: :wizard: :wizard: for you that things improve!!!

Thanks Andy...it's been very hectic here since we got back from our vacation. Just hope that once he's out of hospital, he's out for longer than the 4 days when he was discharged last time.

Anyone watching the new series of Desperate Housewives?

Bit weird that it's now 5 years on. But at least the storylines can move on a lot quicker now. And, they can keep going back over the last 5 years.

OK, we took Jen Mouse's chicken crock pot recipe(sp) and tweaked it a little bit. We added a package of Knorr's Cheddar Broccoli Rice Side dish, let me tell you, this was one "scrumpdillyumptious" dinner. Even Lina enjoyed it!!! We will be making this again!!! :goodvibes :goodvibes :goodvibes

Hey everyone...

Just got home from a busy and hectic day with some quick DISing in between. We had a late lunch, so I have no idea what and when we will have dinner.

Well looks like you've got a pretty interesting week ahead....at the risk of being lynched....how do you think it's gonna end?
