As for packing for Bob - I have a few things gathered , my gift tags are part made and I'm sorting my itinary already My flights are booked, my villa is booked and I have a list of restaurants I want to eat in that we cant fit in at christmas: ...... so yes, I guess you could call me organised

Good Lord woman...I consider myself organized and you put me to shame!!!

I think they'll do it when they're ready and not before I struggled a few times trying then gave up after a while.

Ellis was ok with p'ing, but the other

I tried quite a few times before Ellis got the idea

Then one day I was changing him and I said to him "this is just awful Ellis. You're one heck of a smelly boy with this in your nappy. Why dont you do it in the potty, then you're not all smelly"... the next time he did! that was it! Sorted! Barely ever an accident. He went straight through the night too. No nightime nappies or anything. He was obviously ready the last time and not the previous times I'd tried.

I remember being ever so grateful when it was all over though - the cost alone of the nappies

So last night it finally snowed... not much but atleast it looks like winter for today, we are suppose to have a Chinook this week wich will make it all go away again I miss my mountain winters.. lived in Calgary for almost 20 years now and still long for the kind of snow that when it happens it can bury your house..lol someday i will go back and be happy once more

I always cook chips or fries to go with our pizza. I get bored if I have the same taste over and over again. I have to have something else too like garlic bread or fries etc. I also serve coleslaw with pizza - Am i mad?

Oh no - not mad! We usually eat pizza with - well, we just eat it with the beer we drink, or Coke. I think it is great to fix something to go with it. Mack would want apple sauce. I don't know what the kids might want with it - it has always just been pizza.

Sorry I haven't been on much the past few days, there has just been too much going on behind the scenes (extended family issues) that I can't get into here and most of my time has been dealing with that.

OK, now for the reason of this post. I arrived home a short while ago after picking Angelina up from her Holiday meeting at work. Angelina was given 5 25% Disney Store coupons that can be handed out to friends and family. These discount cards can only be used at Disney Store Retail locations in North America and can only be used from 12/5/08 to 12/7/08. These coupon cards can be used for your entire purchase. There are a few restrictions on the back of the card...10% discount applies to CDs, DVDs, BluRay, video games and videos.

I will send these out on a first come, first serve basis. If anyone is interested, please send me a PM with your address and Magical Shopping!!!

want me to tell that story again about how robins dog ate tinsel and it got stuck when the poochie went to the bathroom.

i'll never forget that scene of robin outside with gloves on, pulling the tinsel from the backside. priceless.

Way to go with the tree I dont let Neil anywhere near our tree - it would look awful.

I'm not putting the 8 foot tree up this year. I'm just doing the 6 foot one. The lights take me the longest. About a day til I'm happy with them. - I keep tweaking til I get it right. The tinsel then goes on next, then the hundreds of disney baubles

I'm praying I'll be able to get the hallmark ones when I'm over there and that they havent sold out. I usually get them shipped (costs more for hte shipping then the actual baubles ) but I cant afford it this year.

Please post piccies of your tree when its finished.

Do they not have pre-lit trees over there? I have 2 and love them, just set them up, fluff them out and plug them in.

ok ok so it is like apple pie ...without the crust!!..lol we eat it as is or on pork.. but I am not a fan of store bought stuff.. I like homade wich has chunks of apples and lots of cinnomon!!
