I didn't get to log on last night, so I was so happy to have something to look at while I have my coffee this morning.

Wicked, wicked storms through our area most of the late morning. The backup power supply kicked in as we lost electric at church this morning. Another bad storm is approaching as I type. At least it is nice and cool outside!!!

Stay safe Andy! I had the Weather Channel on earlier and they were talking about some storms in your area.

So, we're about 1,000 posts away from Thread #10. Anyone feel like taking a run at it before I leave on Thursday? It would be about 250 posts a day.

If not by then, how about by the time we get through the Panama Canal? That is on the 25th.

I'm trying to help get you there before you leave but there is no one here to talk too.

I really do need the deoderant. Well Rach just got home from being gone all weekend for a student council retreat. I'm going to go and see how it was. Talk to you guys later.

HI Cheryl,
Just popping in for my hourly catchup. Packing and cleaning and the packing some more. I have 2 bags packed with just stuff. Weighed them and had to take stuff out. Going to mail the FE gifts to the hotel, thank goodness we live in CA or that would have been fun getting them there. I'm almost done getting my stuff packed then on to Seans. I think my problem is that I am bringing too many shoes, but can't decide which ones to leave at home! We will however be paying $25 ea way for our garment bag. Thank goodness SW lets you still take 2 bags per passenger without charging!

No such luck with sending stuff...got to pack all ours and take on the plane. Most of the packing is done. We have 3 suitcases and 1 garment bag. Hope we have some room for the return journey.

Ellis opened the waterproof box when he was in the pool - we had to hang the money out to dry
