Very early Thursday morning

I think I might have pushed it a bit too much this morning. I bent over to pick up a piece of paper off the floor a few minutes ago and got very light headed. I took my BP and it was 92/68 it has never been that low before in my life. Sitting here relaxing and taking it easy for awhile.

Take it easy Andy - I get like that sometimes - I now carry tic tacs (do you get them over there? - (tiny mints in a little box) to up my sugar levels - I nearly fainted in the shower once - I dont think having a sauna then hot tub was a good idea after a hard workout on very little food

Nearly all packed, currency - euros collected, dinner is cooking, washing is all done (not the ironing yet though),

still need to mow the lawn, plant some plants before they die and remove some turf, all the housework, haircuts for everyone, be at the school disco on Monday all evening (I must be crazy).

My "to do" list is getting shorter - I might even be ready on time

Yes, we have tic-tacs here. I have a little tin of mints that Lina brought home from one of the grad parties she went to, they are just like tic-tacs. Thanks for the tip!!!

I did have a banana and a Slim Fast shake before I went to workout this morning. But I did have my heart rate up to 154 while I was on the elliptical.

Just saw it was 59* and winds blowing in the upper 20mph to low 30mph again today at the British Open.

Right now (noon) it is 91* here, but with the humidity, it feels like 97*

Yep, I've had sideways hair all day - not a great look.

This summer has been a total washout - its guaranteed to be lovely from Thursady though for 14 days (cuz we're away) - I tell you, my friend used to book the same weeks as me, knowing that as soon as I leave the country the sun comes out

I just got outbid on some Disney crocs for Ellis on ebay

Jay and I just came back from a walk ... had to cut it short because it's so darn hot. We're under a heat advisory through the next couple of days ... our high for today is forecast at 96 with a heat index between 105-110 due to the humidity.

We made it about 45 minutes and both agreed to go back home and work out in the air conditioned shade of the great room.

Still managed to burn about 250 calories, so I'm not unhappy.

Ugh, summer in Stinktown has returned full force.
