Me and the Big Guy in the not-so-Quiet Cove pool (I don't have us with pictures of "blue toe" unfortunately):

And here are Chris and I with Chris' girlfriend for the week, Mila, in Sessions:

I'll try to get some Acapulco pictures up here before dinner. This is the last day I have off-loaded from the memory cards.

This first one is to is of the fort just across the street from the ship. The second picture is to show off the zoom again. It is of the lower-center part of the first pic.

The Castaway party was so big they had to move it to the Goofy Pool. I don't even think this was all the repeat cruisers. They had food all over the place. Still question why they do it so late in the day when we have dinner coming up soon.

Great pics Jeff!!!

Our Castaway Club Party was at 11am, we finished up at noon, just in time for lunch....

I did enjoy this CC party more than the old CC event I attended in the past.

Our party was held at Beat Street, we had people in both Rockin' Bar D and Diversions using a closed circuit TV feed into Diversions.

Thanks for sharing the pics. I have seen so many Caribbean pics, but never Pacific pics. This was great. I am looking forward to more.

Little bit of security at the port. This one also shows the rain coming down (at a good angle).

Oh crud, I just remembered I have bills I need to get ready for tomorrow's mail, be back later(I hope)..........:wave2:

We did get off the ship for awhile in ACA and the taxi driver took us to the cliff divers. Glad I didn't do the tour through DCL. Only cost us $14 to see them this way. Suz has an awesome video of three of them diving together, but I'm not a master at posting videos, sorry.

Talk to you later Andy.

I paid all ours before we left (they weren't due until almost the day we got back), so I have none for a couple weeks now. :cool1:

Here is a pic of the group (sans Becky and Sean) on the port side prior to moving to the drier starboard side. Suz got wet taking this pic from blowing rain.

Before we leave ACA, just a few pics to let you know the bay still isn't that clean down there. :scared:

Well kids, that's all I've got on my system (well, I have a lot more, but nothing past Acapulco).

I'll try to off-load some pics in the next couple of days. I might do the Colombia sunsets tonight and then go back to the normal pics.

Bryce says they should be on the Olympic team.

They each have portable DVD's so that will work. DD Sam wants an iPod for Christmas so that will help too. The shuffles are so cheap now! As long as we can find a Wii, I think we are going to go with that. The flight from either Bradley or Providence is slightly less than 3 hours, so I'll keep the fingers crossed that the batteries last for most of it.

I like to play simulator games on PC. Flight Simulator is my all time favorite. I don't have the newest version yet, but I downloaded aircraft onto my current version. As a result I can fly Regional Jets, 757's, 767's, MD80's etc, in addition to the standard planes that are on it. I have played SimCity, RollerCoaster Tycoon as well. I have tried some other sims such as Farm Simulator and Airport Tycoon, but those were done rather poorly I thought. The farm one would lock up once you got to a certain point in the game.

There is a new mega SIM that came out today called "Spore". It is from Electronic Arts. Its pretty amazing, but hard to describe. We've just started playing it. You actually start out in a tide pool as a microorganism, and eventually evolve in a "creature". Then you form a tribe, then a city, at eventually end up in space. The really neat thing about it is that all of the creatures that different people create are transmitted on the internet and will show up in other people's games. So let's say Cass makes a creature in Calgary. I might encounter that creature in my world even though Cass and I have no real connection playing the game. Infinite combinations means infinite diversity. What will they think of next. Every decision made in the different stages of your "evolution" has lasting effects on the rest of the game. How you behave toward others, what you eat, where you go, etc.

Another neat side effect of the game is that it teaches various concepts to the kids. Learning about ecosystems, traits, cause and effect, etc. No matter how well you seem to be doing in the game, "There's always a bigger fish". (To quote Star Wars) Sarah got very upset when she was in the tide pool and a "giant" microorganism came along and ate her! :scared1:
