Finally back home after a long day...

After our Sunday services we have youth programs, and since our house was an open house today, we had to "stay away" until it was finished.

Soooooo, it is great to be home. Perhaps I will find a good movie to watch or watch some baseball playoffs or Football. I missed my Giants game since I was at the church. In the next few weeks we should be getting our flat panel tv in the youth area, so I will be calling Comcast to see how they can hook us up! No more missed football games on Sunday afternoons. Me and the boys will be have true "fellowship!"

Chris the Red Sox are on at 7. Di

I am all caught up and now going over daughter's house to proofread her paper for school. I just help her with spelling. I don't understand what she is writing about. We had a busy weekend too. Walt and I went to Dallas for weekend. My other daughter in Dallas gave us for Christmas last year a night in the Adams Mark and a gift certificate to a real nice restaurant in Dallas. We had a great time. Yesterday We ate lunch with Erika and friend at a great Mexican restaurant in Fort Worth then off to the zoo. What a great Zoo. Today we had brunch with Erika and friend before we left to go back home. 5 hour drive. Nothing seems far after our trip to Milwaukee. ha ha. Talk to you all later. Di

Thanks! I'll be checking on that throughout the night for score updates. Right now we are all watching the "new" Poseidon Adventure as a family. Luckily my kids realize its fiction!

It's getting chilly, I might build a fire during a commercial.

Good Night All...........:wave2:

Amazing Race is on............:wave2:

I have the first two installments of my tr posted if anyone is interested. I'm not going to start a thread on the TR board here.

ENJOY!
Thanks for sharing. Trip Reports are always fun to read.

I lived most of my life in Pennsylvania so I could visualize the traffic on the turnpike, and other PA features. Whenever I drove up 476, Allentown and the tunnel were always key landmarks for me. I lived in Plymouth Meeting and worked at a summer camp about 15 miles northeast of Scranton, so I know that road quite well.

It sounds like you had a great first day. Cant wait till you write more. I like reading trip reports. It is always interesting hearing what and how everyone spends their days at Disney. Looking forward to day 2 and so on. Di

Oh no, it's another Monday morning.........

Good Morning All........

OH COOL! So you are familiar with my area. I am closer to Scranton than I am to Philadelphia (actually about 20 miles from Scranton and 5 north of Wilkes-Barre).

It's really nice having access to so many airports within about a 2 hour drive. We have Avoca (wbarre/scranton), Allentown, Binghamton, Williamsport, Harrisburg and Philadelphia.

BTW - What was the name of the camp?
