Yes, but isn't that big DCL announcement this afternoon? :surfweb:

Yep, 12:30pm and the webcast to follow at 12:45pm!!! :goodvibes

Lina and I just arrived back home, now it's time for me to get ready for work.....:rolleyes1

OH COOL! So you are familiar with my area. I am closer to Scranton than I am to Philadelphia (actually about 20 miles from Scranton and 5 north of Wilkes-Barre).

It's really nice having access to so many airports within about a 2 hour drive. We have Avoca (wbarre/scranton), Allentown, Binghamton, Williamsport, Harrisburg and Philadelphia.

BTW - What was the name of the camp?
I was born in Wilkes Barre, then we move to Harrisburg. Over the years I have lived in Punxsutawney, Plymouth Meeting (Philly burbs Montgomery County), and Altoona.

I have lived in New Englad due to my job for the last 10 years. 1998-2005 we lived in Maine, and since July of 2005 we have lived in Connecticut.

The camp was Camp Ladore. It is in Waymart which is about 6 miles east of Carbondale. I worked there in the early 1990's.

Hello Everybody

Good to see some photos too.

Now I cannot wait to hear the announcement for 2010.

Hopeful near my home ::yes::

I would like to go to Batlic so I am going to work soon :sad1:

I will find out by tonight.:yay:

Good morning everyone...

As quick as I am on, I have to leave for the day. I have an all day seminar to attend today. These things are never fun. See ya all, this evening!

Back to work for me, taking a late lunch so I can be home for the 2010 announcement and hopefully see the webcast, bye for now.........:wave2:

Well now HOW ABOUT THAT??!!! Before I took this current job I was with King's College for almost 9 years! My undergrad is from King's and my graduate degree is from College Misericordia (now Misericordia University). :goodvibes

We live in the Back Mountain and have been here for over 10 years.

everybody sing...it's a small world afterall!

I see you rented a car seat from Alamo. How was it? I've read that they can be pretty icky but yours looked pretty good from your pics.

I was hoping not to drag a car seat down with us next year but I am not sold on renting one yet either

Looks like a fun start, travel day is always tough on everyone ::yes::

Looking forward to the rest :thumbsup2

Cass, she loves playing on pbskids.org. She's getting really good on the computer. I'm proud of her!

We've rented carseats twice now from Alamo and they were always immaculate. It was about $49.95 for the entire trip. We brought Ernie's infant car seat with us the last two trips. It adds a lot to the cost and we've considered taking our own in December to cut back on costs. With the right stroller, they can hang right off the handle bars as you make your way through the airport. We'll see.

T minus 30 minutes and counting.........:lmao: :lmao: :lmao:

I'm here to watch the webcast too. I'm sure we won't be taking a European or Meditteranean cruise in 2010, probably too expensive for us, but it will be fun to watch the webcast and see what it's all about. I like the music their playing while we wait.

My niece called towards the end of the webcast of all times  Did they mention when they'll start booking. If we could afford it the Baltic itinerary is what interests me and I know Al would be interested in that one also, a lot would depend on the price though.

October 14th is when it all opens up for booking.

EB wants me to get a price on the transatlantic. I'm really surprised about this because I didn't think he'd want to be gone from work for that long. For me it doesn't matter. The kids will be young enough that I won't mind taking them out of preschool and kindergarden. It does, mean though that if we did that there would be no Disney whatsoever in 2009. We'd never be able to afford it otherwise.
