good morning all!

I about swallowed my tongue when I saw the base price PP for the Northern European! If I do this Itinerary I'll probably do it with another cruise line.

glad to have you on the this board. We hope you sail with us!

What he said!

Hi Steve!:wave2:

Hey you'll certainly understand this:

When my son Sean, who's just started college this fall, was asked to date by a girl from high school, he said
"I can't do that, I don't date because it takes too much time away from my computer":surfweb:

:rotfl:

Heather - loved all your piccies:thumbsup2

But its full of french people:scared: :rolleyes1

Wow! - thats a huge difference. We should all meet up on a different ship then for Bob 3:cool1:

Doesnt matter if you speak french or not ,..... they'll still pretend not to understand you and take the **** for trying to do their accent.

But Karen, there must be SOME nice people in France!

And.... I'm going to see the country, buildings, museums, and to eat and drink!
A few nice glasses of French champagne will certainly make the fussy french people more bearable;)

I have an extra ticket for SPAMALOT tonight, anyone
want to come with Bob and I?

Be in Syracuse by 7pm:)

That would be interesting....think they'd mind if we all had lime green mickey head door signs??? :lmao: :lmao: :lmao:

Some of the newer Royal Caribbean ships look very cool....they would definitely tempt me.

One of the reasons we picked DCL the first time was because of the kid's club and characters....which will be less of a selling point as DS gets older. Don't get me wrong, I love the magic of Disney, but we're firmly entrenched (hopefully!) in the middle class with a mortgage, property taxes, and all that. We wouldn't even be able to afford the summer prices on DCL....not when we could practically take 2 vacations for the same price somewhere else.

However, we are still on for the BOB cruise!

RCL looks good to me! Oct 2011 maybe?:confused3 They seem to have good kids clubs too and I've only ever heard good things about them.

Theres no way we can afford a summer DCL cruise either - especially when Ellis becomes an adult at Disney next year - age 9:rolleyes:

Their wines ok - at least they get that right:rolleyes1

Come to England instead and visit your cruise pals:goodvibes - we've got better buildings and museums than they have too:goodvibes

I got some good news the other day.

Some of you in the past have asked me about the B9erSteve tagline that I go by on the boards. I'll refresh your memory in case you don't remember.

The name was based upon a hobby that I had started about 6 years ago. I was building a scale model of the Robot from "Lost In Space" While he never had a name in the series, in the pilot to the series he described himself as Robot Model B9. Hence B9erSteve. Well, about a year ago I was approached by a man named Ron who wanted to buy my unfinished Robot. Since, I had been stale on the project for about a year and I had been spending more time with my Christmas decor I decided that I could part with the robot. Well, Ron has been sending me pictures periodically on his progress and he told me that he finished the project this weekend. It was a hectic week because he had to get the Robot finished because a Production company in San Francisco wanted to borrow the Robot for a television show. It is a show on Discovery Channel named "Prototype This!" produced by the same group that does "Mythbusters" and they wanted the Robot for their season finale. So Ron wanted me to see the fruits of both of our labors. I'll share the pic that he sent me last Monday before he had to transport it to the Set.

It just looks fantastic! Ron did a wonderful job. The portions that I personally had a hand in was the Legs (From waist to treadsection, I built from scratch), About 50% of the finish work on the torso, From just below the bubble to the top of the torso is all acrylic work done by me, The Arms/Wrists/Claws, and the programming bay (which you can't really see in this photo).

Way cool Steve!:thumbsup2 :cool1:

Did she have any money left when she got back (I doubt it):rolleyes1

as for the wedding plans, i know nothing!!
i do know its costing us a fortune to fly in some DJ from canada (plus his wife and daughter.princess:) but i hear he's really good.:thumbsup2

Ellis won't be an adult at 9. I think they call it a Junior. 3-9 is a child I believe. The cost doesn't jump too much at that point, which btw, I think it is at 12 on DCL, not 9.

I thought park passes etc jumped to adult prices once they were age 9?
