I bought a neti pot last night. I think it may do the trick!! Smoothie/daiquiri/drink of the day (take your pick) on me, Sistah Goose!

I've been considering one for a long time but I'm scared

So far, so good, Rose. It kinda feels like when you get ocean water up your nose but not as forceful. It's a surreal feeling at first, but you get used to it after just the first time. I think I will like it; if it gets rid of my headaches, I will love it!

As we were checking out this morning from the Ramada my cell phone was ringing. It was my boss' secretary asking me to stop by the office and sign a co-worker's retirement card. I had completely forgot that Marge's retirement luncheon was today from 11:30-2:00. When Kelley called at 9:30, I told her we were checking out of our motel in Virginia and told her I wouldn't make it back in time for the luncheon and I asked Kelley to sign Marge's card for me. I'm glad I gave Kelley some $$ to put in Marge's card a few weeks ago.

This is what happens when I don't write things down on my calendar....

I'm signing off for the night, the past couple of days have caught up with me, and it's back to the grind tomorrow.

Don't be scared Rose. Neti pots are fabulous. I use the actual pot but my ENT Doctor gave me a squeezable bottle which might be easier for you.

Good morning all,

Just got home last night after nine. We are exhausted and have major colds.

It was a great trip. We met some really wonderful people. I have a few talked into this cruise. Every one said four days is not enough.

Will post more when I can get my head above water. Work is crazy.....

Its really easy to use.. a little wierd at first, but you soon get the hang of it. Its best to try it when you havent got blocked sinuses as the water runs through easier.
