Just got back from my birthday weekend at WDW and my cruise docs are here!!! Getting so excited!!! Is it too soon to start packing?

Just a heads up, I spoke to DCL today and was told that the halloween activities will most likely be on pirate night...

Two weeks from tomorrow we'll be boarding the Wonder! I am so excited I can hardly concentrate on anything else!

I'm getting our FE gifts ready and starting to think about what to bring. I know it will be over in a nano-second but plan to enjoy every second!

Has anyone cruised at this time of year before? Just wondering what the weather will be like!

I'm glad to hear Halloween activities on Pirate Night! Even though I'm dressing up as Pochahontas. Planning on enjoying the ship the first night, and would love to just relax the third night. Since we will be out with the Pirates on Pirate Night, this just works well for us!

Never cruised in October before, but thinking the weather shouldn't be too much different than our Florida weather at this time. Typically afternoon showers and warm weather through and through. It was 95 with a heat index of 102 in Jacksonville today. Hoping the heat breaks a bit within the next two weeks!

I have cruised in October before and now after crusing in February, I am very MUCH looking forward to October again! The water will still be warm.

Two weeks from now we will be in Nassau! I've started packing and I'm getting more excited each day! Will anyone else be at WDW before the cruise? We're doing 2 nights at OKW pre-cruise, and then one night at Pop post-cruise.

We're doing 5 nights at BLT! MNSSHP on Sunday... HHN at Universal on Wednesday! Husband's birthday on Thursday (embarkation day), so we're going to MK that morning to get his birthday gift card and go shopping.

We are doing 4 nights before at VWL and 7 nights after at BLT.

We are doing 5 days a AKV before the cruise ..HHN on Wednesday with PouncingPluto and 4 nights at BLT another 3 day cruise and then 1 day BWV...than back to reality

Tell your husband Happy Birthday for me! Mine is on Thursday too AND we are a FTW couple as well!

I had read that you could use your birthday gc on the cruise so we are heading over to the MK to get mine, that morning, and then heading to the port!

When hubby got his back in Feb, it had Disney Cruise Lines listed as a place you could spend the gc. Of course, we are going to make double sure that is the case before we head out.

So excited!

We're staying two days at Beach Club Villas before the cruise. I can walk into EPCOT and the Wine and Food Festival. Life is good.....

Have Palo booked first night for DD's birthday celebration dinner. Booked latest seating available so we can enjoy our first night restaurant with drinks and appetizers or maybe we'll eat two dinners that night! lol

Excursions include my fishing trip on CC, DD and DSIL's Watercraft Ski Adventure, DD Stingray Adventure and DSIL Cabana Massage.

Did I say life is good?????

One week from today we're heading to WDW for our pre-cruise days.

tx... we're also doing Palo first night, since it's my husband's birthday.

Excursions: Atlantis Aquaventure (did this a year and a half ago and enjoyed it a lot, but will be skipping the long "tour" part this time) and jetskis on CC.
