Fish extender groups have deadlines because they get to know each other and it takes a lot of organization. Someone else from this cruise will probably give you more info but you might be able to find one short notice if they started late too. I was told to google fish extenders on facebook to really understand it. I booked on Oct 4 so I am not participating on the Oct 20 cruise.

Hi D'Yanna, My husband is a castmember we just booked on Oct 4th and our gratuities are included in our price. We bring extra cash for tipping drivers but he says the stateroom keeper, dinner assistant, dinner server and dinner lead server are included. It's this your first cruise?

No, this will be my 5th Disney Cruise but my first on the Magic. We've done the Wonder on our first and the Dream 3 times.
