My Final Plan for Monday, Oct. 3:

I'll be attending the AKL Meet at Victoria Falls and the Culinary Tour.

My DH and I will probably drive down late that morning and enjoy the AKL until the meet.

Thanks for the pic of VF! Hey - how late do y'all think you are going to be there on the 3rd? Since this is just a short one for us - I promised Abby that I would not make her leave the parks early! We will be at Epcot that day - so if she starts to tire I will try and steer her back to y'all....
Since we are trying for Illuminations the night before (and a possible meet up! I may have some success - we'll see...

Oh and I plan on hanging out in my 30s for at least 10-15 more years!

It would be aswesome to have a scheduled time and date. As you all know from my post on the other thread that I am trying to make the meet.

When do I need to let you know what we would be attending? So far DH likes the idea of the VF meet and drink followed by the as he calls it the great food tour of 2011.

I think we will skip the Jiko wine pairing event this trip, but thanks Tracy. The girls have said they want fewer things planned and I need to spend some time with myBob that doesn't involve eating and/or drinking!

I know how the girls feel - I'm starting to wonder how my friends are going to take my disappearing a bunch...but they'll prolly be sick of me by then anyway!

And much needed post its I found today....I can share....

I read that and thought the 3rd? I'm not getting there until the 10th. Then it dawned on me that I was thinking of my December trip (yes, I scammed the extra day out of DH, my actual bday). I'm getting my trips confused!

Funny how easy it is to get confused with multiple WDW trips planned!! (which is why I was planning to meet my friends at WDW the day before I arrive!!)

Glad our F&WF and December trips coincide!

Sharyn, I vote for a cab ride back to AKL from BC!! With a tired little Abby, it will probably be the best $$ you spend!! We can all head back to BC together, we'll make sure you get safely in a cab and you'll be back to your room in 10-15 minutes!

Wonderful! We will be wearing white t-shirts that say "Jamborini" and we will either be enjoying adult beverages at Victoria Falls or on the Boma/Jiko Culinary tour, which starts at 3:45pm.

I have the feeling we'll be an easy group to find!!

I hope we will get the chance to meet you there! And please don't be shy about introducing yourself and joining the fun!
